It’s close to most of the popular attractions and within walking distance of several good restaurants. The room also had a stove and dishes.

Their policy is to only clean the room every four days. I think that is a little long. I would prefer every two or three days.

The hotel is in prime location if you want to watch the shows in the Strand area. Many restaurants in the area, there's a supermarket by the end of the street. It seems like it's a combination of an apartment building (upscale, with reception) with a hotel. The rooms were spacious, I guess bigger than more than the average for London. We were 3 and felt comfortable. The room had a kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff.

Asked for a quiet room, but we got a street facing room. It seemed to me that they soundproofed the room, but I could still hear an occasional motorcycle/police siren at night. Taking into account all the pros of the hotel, I would still return despite the mentioned above.

Don’t book The Lincoln Suites through booking.com, book direct with the hotel and ask all the questions you have eg window in room as this was important to my partner and new it was a issue when booking accomodation in London, and still got caught out. this was a known issue with the hotel as it’s not advertised on booking.com and trying to get through to booking.com is impossible so book direct. The staff were amazing and very apologetic, the room apart from no window was clean, spacious and with all the facilities needed for a 3 night stay eg toaster stove kettle microwave etc. Close to all attraction in London. Would stay again with a window room.

This place is a gem! It has all the furnishings you will ever need. Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, two TV's, dining table, sofa, coffee table, desk, and a separate Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is just a short walk from Holborn station and the Novello Theatre and maybe 8-10 minutes walk to Chinatown. Why pay for a box hotel in other places when you can stay in a comfortable 1 bedroom suite for almost the same price point. Check in and Check out was handled online as well as payment too. What a professional and friendly staff! Big thank you to everyone for a perfect stay in London.

The property was well located for business in the courts and universities, and for leisure around Covent Garden. The rooms were newly renovated and the space was highly usable, with good firm mattress, effective noise insulation and life-saving air conditioning during a hot summer. Claudia at the front desk was super helpful and nothing was too much to ask. During a week of transport strikes, she took particular care to cover for co-workers if she needed to, ensuring all our needs were met.

Good apartment, we were two adults and two kids (4 & 5), one bedroom with shower/toilet and another room with pull out sofa and adjoining kitchen. Stayed 3 nights. The reception staff were very friendly, easy check in, not to far walk from Holborn Tube. We went to watch the Snowman at the theatre opposite the apartment, so easy to get too, central location.

Was excited to be given a bottle of bubbly on arrival, before we realised it was non alcoholic, what's that all about! London is expensive, but that's no fault of the apartment...

Lincoln Suites is in a great location, very close to Covent Garden. Liked the one bedroom suites. Nice kitchen. Cameron, front desk staff, was fantastic to work with.

The shower stall was less than positive. When showering the water got all over the bathroom. It would have been nice to have pans to cook with that were newer and cleaner. Frying pans were old and utensils to cook with were lacking. One of the staff desk staff was really unpleasant and very argumentative about cleaning the suite. It was our 4th day of 7 days. He claimed we were on our 3 day when it was actually our 4th day. In general he never greeted us as when came in and out of the hotel. Didn’t even thank us of staying with Lincoln suites as we left. Also, the suite was very sterile. Possible add a bit of warmth with something. It felt very institutional.

The location was absolutely superb! The layout and size of the apartment was ideal with just the right amount of space for everything. It was very nice having lots of natural light coming through the windows. The bathroom products were really lovely to use. The ability to easily set up Chromecast on the TV was a great and really beneficial feature.

It would be beneficial for the kitchen to have a draining board as the worktop could get quite cluttered after cooking a meal and trying to wash up. Some more hooks by the door would have been beneficial for coats as the wardrobe space was quite small meaning minimal hanging space. The bed was quite soft which caused some back ache, we personally prefer a firmer bed but appreciate that is more a matter of personal preference.

LS is central located to almost everything a visitor to London would need ... nothing was more than a 10-20 minutes walk away .. underground tube was a 7 minute walk ... we rented the apartment and it came fully stocked .. we cooked dinner several nights .. (no m microwave) ... it was hard to find hotels with kitchens in them in London ... so glad we found this one.. very quite, clean, contemporary, and safe. Highly recommend .. do not hesitate to book this for the apt.

Bed -- if that was a queen size bed then the UK measures a queen size much smaller than in the US .. felt more like a Full size bed .. but we made do
