I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Oxford, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, thanks in large part to the amazing reception team. Elena, Miya, and Daniel were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional together with the entire team. They made checking in a breeze and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, which really enhanced my experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but it was the outstanding service from Elena, Miya, and Daniel that truly stood out. I look forward to returning and will certainly recommend this hotel to others! Many thanks!

Excellent location- on the main road and for those asking on the booking.com website, yes the rooms have en suite toilets. Just opposite and on the same side as the hotel are the Summertown shops, restaurants, cafe's (plenty), supermarkets and others. Take the 2 or 2A bus and your at the city centre in under 10 minutes. If your are fit its a 3Km walk. Elena and Miya at the front desk were very helpful :-)

The rooms are a little "compact", but comfortable. If only the rooms had a little more space. I am sure this is my fault for not booking a more spacious room. If you are more than one traveller I highly recommend going for the largest availbale room. Because of the budget nature of the property, tea/coffee and water are located at the reception.

The hotel where I stayed at didn’t provide any breakfast at all but it did provide a facilities machine where you can help yourself to some coffee, tea or hot water. If you wanted to buy some breakfast, you had to cross the road to get to the other side of Banbury Street. The shower was nice and was fully equipped with plenty of hot water which was beneficial for when you woke up in the morning or got back from a long day of touring the town centre.

I didn’t like the window view so much. It was basically a view looking out into a secluded garden patio terrace surrounded by lots of other windows. The size of the room could have been a lot bigger too.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Close to bus stop for getting around but only a half hour walk into the city centre anyway so good location. Parking was very useful but can see it filling up fast.

Very basic amenities for the room. The toilet roll was already half used and there wasn't a second one there for us. I'm sure we could have asked if needed at reception for one but really there should be a new roll available in the room. Also no spare pillow in the room we could see. The room itself was tiny once we brought luggage in, would be fine if you were alone but as a couple it was awkward moving about the room to do things

Thank you for your hard work at the reception desk, Elena and Miya! The receptionists were all very kind, helpful and all smiled. The hotel has neat passage- ways and clearly marked sign-posts helping me to find rooms, reception area etc. The whole building was very very smart, clean and tidy and well sign-posted from the street; Orange is a very good colour! My room although compact was all top ten out of ten in quality. Good TV with many choices of programmes. Shower was immaculate! There are a selection of snacks and hot drinks in two vending machines at reception instead of Tea-making facilities in each room and the fire escape routes are clear, available and easy to understand. Elena said I could have up to an extra hour in which to check out and free of charge!

Not much to complain about today.

The staff are SO nice. Special mention to Elena and Angel who gave such HUMAN interactions and were so helpful. They really are such a credit to the company. The location was perfect (nice to be a little out of the hustle and bustle and also right by the North Wall Arts Centre which was the purpose of my trip). I will definitely be back!

Not really anything negative to say, but found a ball of chewing gum on the outside hinge to my bathroom door and a panel under sink coming away from wall. Shower pressure was not good on the morning I left, but I didn’t need to wash my hair, so I was very thankful!

The bed was very comfy, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and there was always someone there to reach if there was a problem. The rooms are simple but for a short stay absolutely enough, and the view was stunning

There was hardly any storage (which isn't a problem for a short stay, but I imagine it might be problematic if you stay longer than a few days or have big bags etc). You might need to consider that the door to the bathroom is out of milky glass and does not shut close, so depending on whom you're travelling with, you might find that odd

It was central to Summertown near where I had to visit. It was very convenient and was situated opposite a few the small supermarkets and a lovely parade of shops, restaurants and farmers market on a Sunday morning. Very relaxed professional greeting from all the staff and service was speedy. The room itself was great and I had a good view of the high street. I liked that the glazing was so brilliant I couldn’t hear a thing and slept well. The easy to manage room and shower were basic but just enough for my needs over this weekend. I was impressed easy and enjoyed my relaxed stay.

Check in was super easy. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Good charging points and plugs. Everything modern and functional. Good proximity to nice cafes for breakfast on the Sunday morning as well as a market on the street 30 seconds away which was a bonus.

Only very minor complaints which I think are true of most hotels: Shower was slippery and no locks on the bathroom doors. Position of the room made it so I could hear other people leaving in the morning but no worse than any other hotel on the planet.
