The person that checked us in was exceptional. Kindness, eye contact, and sharing important details made him exceptional. He even greeted our children! The room was beautiful and clean as well. It's the kind of place you'd want to live in! Gorgeous!!!

There was very little to dislike. We needed to use the pull out couch for our children. There was no bedding in the room for that. We called and they immediately corrected it. There were also dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We abandoned ours to use them only to find that they were all empty.

Fridge could’ve had some soda or water.. had to walk down to the front desk every time to get water.. also I was staying for more than one night so it would’ve been nice to have room service to remake the bed and change the towels etc for the other nights.

The room was clean and very comfortable mattresses! I enjoyed my sleep. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. All the areas of the hotel were clean. Nice gym for some workout. The restaurant was open from 6:30am until midnight. FDelicious food and nice atmosphere. Free parking. I will definitely stay again there in my next visit.

I liked everything!

I loved everything! My stay was absolutely perfection! I would stay here again, no doubts about it! The staff was exceptional; friendly and professional- they really care about your comfort. And the rooms!? Spacious, modern but homey comfort. A little bit of everything! Breakfast was delicious! Amenities were plentiful! 10/10 stay in the College Park area for fair price! You definitely get what you pay for! 10/10!!!

the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. it was quiet and relaxed and the staff were lovely. Sam on reception deserves a special mention, after a long and tiring journey he gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, such a lovely guy he’s a real credit to the hotel.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Glass needs extra care all around the bathroom. The ladies working the dining area were great. There was a need for additional staff in the dining area in the morning.

The breakfast was very tasty and a great value if you got it included in the hotel room price at booking. The room and building were very pretty and tastefully decorated. A great blend of historical buildings and modern finishes. I highly recommend it!

The only downside was parking our U-Haul and auto transport trailer. They have a side street near the hotel where athletic buses park which is where we needed to park. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get our vehicle in there.

Staff was very accommodating and responsive. COVID restrictions on cleaning rooms was handled very well and were respectful of guests needs and comfort level. The restaurant, The Commons, provided food that was excellently prepared and tasted great.

The property is not located conveniently close to other amenities. This works well for conference attendees, but for others at the hotel, there is one choice for food unless you have a rental car or plan to arrange transportation to find restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

The friendliness of the staff from the moment we arrived until we left including the restaurant and coffee bar.

The bar was understaffed. The room was very nice, bathroom sink did not provide a lot of room..
