Great location, lots of dining and shops -- also super spacious rooms for NYC. The Staff was excellent, responsive and accommodated us well when we were inconvenienced due to issues with the HVAC unit in our first room, night.

Disappointed with the views from the room because couldn't get high floors. Told the Hotel doesn't have high floors available for two beds in a room -or maybe it's because we used Booking.com 🤔

Perfect location, right by Katz Deli, all the food, bar, cafe options you could want! Really spoilt for choice! The Hotel itself was stunning - I checked in a little late and to my delight was upgraded to a corner suite which was overlooking the lower east side, financial district and I could also see Brooklyn in the distance! The floor to ceiling windows on a high floor were amazing and the light coming through in the mornings and throughout the day is unmatched! I don't know if you'll find a better view than that! Having access to a 24 hr desk is always handy, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Subway is pretty close by since it's just south of Houston. Bed was super comfy and large! Bathroom was also so cute and quirky... the rainfall shower head is so luxurious! 10/10 would Stay again!

Nothing... this place exceeded my expectations!

The room was more spacious than expected, with a comfortable bed (not too hard) and surprisingly good lighting. The bathroom was huge for a NYC hotel, and well-lit, with attractive tile on the floor and a very large shower with two heads. I like that the toiletries are attached to the shower wall instead of wasteful small bottles. Asked for a quiet room and got it - sixth floor facing a courtyard type of area vs. the street.

Aside from the noisy and expensive bar at the top, there doesn't seem to be a place to gather. No seating in the lobby, so no place I saw for friends staying at the same hotel to hang out together for a little while.

Lots of restaurants around. Parking not so far. Its kind of well located to get to many places. Fast room service and very friendly staff.

Rooms expensive for the style. Very dirty corner of the city. The room was very humid and i dont think there is a fan in the bathroom. There is a mini fridge with personal place for only a sandwich. Felt like a motel with modern art. Cheap breakfast. No attention to details.

We stayed in a room with a terrace. The hotel was quite safe. Check in was easy, really friendly professional staff. Room was clean, amenities were generous, easy to connect to internet. Even had a $20 credit for the mini bar! Linens were so comfortable, good pillows and nice smelling sheets.

We struggled at the door with our many bags. We couldn't get the rainfall shower to operate! There was gum all over the terrace floor. The paint on the top of the unit that housed the mini bar and coffee maker was chipped and needed a repaint, same with the desk. I kind of felt like the rug needed a good clean as well.

I've stayed at Indigo many times and love the location of this hotel, room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. I also had a nice patio which was handy. Staff is friendly

Way too pricey for what you get, but I guess NYC is back to normal. Also would've appreciated late checkout. I don't like that you can't access the 14th floor lobby once you've checked out because you need a card for the elevator. So if you want to hang out for some time until your flight or whatever you have to do, you can't. Have to ask the receptionist to send you up, every time. Lastly it's just a bit messy at night because of Mr. Purple. Use the door on Orchard St. for Mr Purple guests like you used to back in the day, instead of stopping hotel guests at the door to show their hotel card.

Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. Loved the room design, bathroom products, and views were incredible. Booked last-minute due to cancelled flight and exceeded expectations.

Awesome hotel, but not worth $500 for one night. It would normally be out of our budget but we had our flight cancelled and very few options. Room was pretty small and wished we had an extra 1-2 bath towels.

Disliked · Additional hidden $25 charge which should just be included in the cost or not added. Minibar prices are extortionate, particularly for water.

Location is good and the place is nice.

Our bathroom sliding door was off its track and required great strength to move it. Staff was a little busy at times to attend to things. A roller bed was offered and then not available?? They can’t charge drinks or food to the room at the hotel bar??

Room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and quiet enough.

The roof was closed most of the time despite being one of the main benefits of the location / property.
