Breakfast was amazing, there was an excellent variety of choice… but you had to get in early the pastries didn't last long Dinner in the restaurant, chef’s choice steak was amazing

There could have been a booklet of information in the room for menus, kitchen opening hours, tv instruction ie how to access Netflix, bus/ferry timetable and attractions in the area. Windows could be tinted/one way Carpets and walls dirty and marked Iron was broken and leaked water all over my clothes while trying to iron them Fridge door shelves could not be utilised as the brackets were missing

Location was great - restaurant and cafes within walking distance and close to ferry terminal and bus if you are not hiring a car. Room comfortable and bathroom spacious, though a bit dated. Great shower. Staff were very friendly and attentive and Boardwalk cafe served a delicious lunch and breakfast.

Both pools were beautiful but are in full sun for the majority of the day with very little shade. Also there is no snack bar/kiosk/bar at either pool so you cannot enjoy lunch or a cold drink by the pool unless you bring your own or walk back to the restaurant. Also be aware when they ask for a credit card at check in for a hold they will physically take money out of your account (AU$200) and not return it for 48hrs after checkout. I’ve been to many places that will take card details as a security precaution but to actually withdraw money seems excessive. Checkout is at 10am - this is normal for Australia - but not very ‘luxury’

pool is fantastic - large and well maintained. As are the gardens. Location and breakfast lovely. Staff really helpful and accomodating e.g. calling re check in time and anything else I asked them for assistance with once there.

Rooms are starting to look like they need a bit of a refresh. I've stayed twice in last month and both times in a superior hotel room for one night. They were nice enough, and I would stay again, but could do with a bit of an update to soft furnishings (such as sofa, blinds and carpet). Beds were very comfy though and view of marina is lovely. The menu in the restaurant is a bit odd, as things are listed by food groups, so hard to figure out what was an actual meal, as opposed to a snack. Staff were friendly but new and didn't have much idea either.

Lovely luxury stay in a great location. POOL: the pool is massive and one of the most beautiful however is very cold, if you don’t enjoy cold water you will be disappointed. It is very refreshing and lovely if you are hot, but unable to stay in for a long time. Lots of day beds and beautiful view of the harbour. No pool bar but can take own cans of drinks in pool area. Also has bbqs. BREAKFAST - breakfast is beautiful, anyone who says it is average needs their head read: fresh fruit, huge assortment of pastries/cakes/banana bread/muffins/crumpets/raisin toast, chia puddings, hot assortment - eggs,bacon,mushrooms, hash browns, pancakes, French roast,Asian food etc, cereals and charcuterie. Also amazing service and a view of the harbour. Paying for barista coffee the only downside. ROOM - comfy large room, big shower, comfy bed. Balcony and tea/coffee/fridge/microwave. LOCATION - great location for exploring the island either on foot or via bus/car, IGA over the road, ferry terminal next door. Restaurants and beaches within 5-15 min walk. Great boardwalk close by. There is also a restaurant- boardwalk on site for those wishing to have dinner. Secure underground car parking. Beautifully maintained gardens / resort grounds. Staff are lovely. Recommend 3 nights to see the whole island well and truly relax.

We really loved our time here, just wish the pool was a bit warmer. Even if the small pool was warm or the addition of a spa? No other faults.

Pools were too cold A gymnasium work-out facility should be available. A long eye-level shelf above the kitchenette had not been dusted in a long time Outside, beyond the balcony area, the ground was untidy and devoid of planting - this could easily be fixed. There were no instructions for using the clothes washer - Eg I could not spin a wet garment Suggestion - provide non-lactose milk option at breakfast.

Was the most amazing pool, our room was lovely and big and very quiet which was a bonus. Air con in every rooms

We had pool and marina views but we could only see a little bit of the marina as our views were blocked by trees and another apartment. The property was clean but it really needs a deep clean, like under lounge etc, kitchen needs a few more things like a tray for the oven. For 3 days in a row we waited 30 mins for eggs to be cooked after asking again but other than that the breaky was yummy

Main reception areas were clean and pretty. Room was clean (apart from inside the drawers/cupboard) the shower amazing, nice big bed was super comfortable. Lunch at restaurant delicious (all the meals). Staff very friendly. Carpet needs to be changed.

Breakfast was average and expensive if not prebooked even though the restaurant was empty. Dinner was weird, very small plates supposed to be tapas share but they weren’t big enough to share. Waste of money (go to Granite’s). Lunch was delicious. We had 3 rooms - Friend’s rooms carpet was smelly and one room bed was terrible and collapsed on one side. Ours was good except we only got 1/2 roll of toilet paper.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment and given a nice bottle of sparkling on arrival as we were celebrating my 50th Birthday. The apartment was spacious, clean and very relaxing. The pool is one of the biggest I've ever seen at a resort and the view from our room of the pool and mariner was just stunning. The ferry and bus terminal was also just outside the resort. We had the buffet breakfast each morning as part of our package. There wasnt a huge selection, but there was always something for everyone and it was always lovely. Overall, we had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon!!

Everything was amazing, location was perfect so close to the ferry and supermarket, staff were so lovely and the pool was amazing. The reception staff were so helpful.

The a la carte breakfast, it seems as though when the hotel wasn't super busy rather than a buffet breakfast it was breakfast to order, the menu was great but this was very slow, it took an hour and 10 mins to have 5 breakfasts come out (and they all came out at different times), which wasn't ideal when we had 2 little ones. Once the hotel got more busy they put the buffet brekkie on and it was much better. We also had an issue when eating in the restaurant, the waitress forgot to put one of our meals through and when we chased it up she didn't really apologise, she just said she'd put it through so the last person's food came out once everyone else had finished.

Our room was upgraded at no extra cost because we were there for a celebration and we also received a bottle of champagne on arrival. This was so completely unexpected and so much appreciated. It made for a such a beautiful start to our weekend. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent - the Charred Miso Glazed Eggplant was seriously one of the best dishes I've eaten! Public transport around the island is great. Many thanks from both of us.
