breakfast was good just the fruit option should be changed daily they served bananas every day the room was quite comfortable spacious and clean the location is great just minutes to the airport we used the shuttle service to the airport everyday where we used the mia mover to access the metro trains also the brightline train and did all our site seeing and shopping via that mode of transport we also used the limo services of "Anel Degaldo limo service" which was arranged by the ms camila excellent service

if you returned to the airport after 7pm prepare to wait altleast an hour for the shuttle to the hotel during the daytime the shuttle works great and fast not sure why after 7 this kept happening it occurred every night for us i asked the desk clerk and he couldnt answer so be prepared to wait

The Red Roof Hotel met our needs for the purpose of our stay. We needed a hotel close to the Miami airport for one night only. The hotel was clean just a bit-tired looking, but it was comfortable and suitable for our own personal needs. The airport curtesy bus was a very big bonus and useful service. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It was very close to the airport, so it is expected to have planes landing and taking off over the hotel. We could not hear the noise of the planes from our room, but it was apparent when sitting outside enjoying our breakfast.

Our room was spacious with a view towards the airport, the en-suite fine and the bed comfortable. The breakfast provided all we needed. It was great that the hotel offered a shuttle transfer to Miami port.

Confusion regarding the shuttle transfer from the airport as the red vehicle we had been advised to watch for never turned up. Having spoken to a driver of a shuttle to a different hotel he was able to tell us there was a problem with the normal vehicle and we should watch for a white vehicle with a red roof sign. We were then able to waive down the correct shuttle and get the transfer.

I like the proximity to the airport, the frequency of the shuttle and friendliness of the driver. The rooms were large, clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. Great food trucks outside!

Check-In can take a bit long as sometimes there is not enough staff. Also, the carpets on the upper floors definitely need changing!!! (about 10 years ago). Upgrading those dirty carpets would do wonders for your hotel. Breakfast is basic (toast pastries, bananas, cereal, juice) but gets the job done. Would be excellent if you added some eggs.

Good location with shuttle service to and from the airport. The website says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but this is not correct. You have to call the hotel and then the shuttle will be sent. Room was big, clean, and had a fridge and microwave.

I got to the hotel about 9.45 pm after traveling all day from Switzerland, waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle, to find a hotel staff unwelcoming, cold and certainly not friendly. The staff should always be welcoming, especially when you are an airport hotel with people arriving late after traveling all day.

It's an older hotel that they're doing their best to keep it in good condition, although the humid weather makes some rooms slightly musty. Staff were friendly, check-in easy, breakfast adequate, and best of all, close to the airport. This might be a negative for some people because the planes fly fairly close overhead as they take off and land. For us, who are not particularly fussy, it was perfect.

Red Roof hotel is amazing. The beds where very comfortable. Staff where very helpful especially Germain and Hermie. They went the extra mile. I really had a great time at the Hotel. There was a lovely eating place 1 minutes walk from the hotel which makes it helpful.

90% of the cleaning staff spoke Spanish I have no problem that but it's when they say I don't speak English is quite frustrating when you're trying to explain something to them.

Super close to the Miami Airport while the hotel does offer a shuttle but our arrival time was 12:30 am so we opted for a Uber to the hotel which was less than 5 minutes. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room with a welcome treat box!

We could tell the night employee was in training so we were patient but he was easily distracted and had difficulty focusing and completing the transaction with the customer in front of him. So it took awhile to check-in. After a long travel day, all you want is a speedy check-in and get to your room. The check-out was long as well I tried to use the mobile checkout but received error messages. Finally, a staff member said we could just leave the keys on the counter.

.The reception desk staff were very kind: Juan Diego, Shaveli and Victor, all really attentive and courteous. I arrived around 9 p.m. and left at 6 a.m. The free Airport Shuttle drivers were both very efficient, helpful and friendly. and the ride was less than ten minutes. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby , as well as a small snack bar next to reception. Also possible to order pizza or have some kind of room service. The room I slept in was large, had a huge bed and different types of pillows, tv, a/c, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Simple, convenient, respectable, which suited me personally, just fine

No complaints. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks very much to everyone who was so thoughtful. I had to pass on breakfast because I had a very early flight, but there was a nice dining area. A warm, homey feeling..

I decided to stay in florida and extra couple of days to just relax before heading home. I was excited to just lay by the pool and swim all day but when I went down to the pool it was closed..the guy said it's been down for over a month..had I known that I wouldn't had stayed there.even when I got to hotel early I asked if I could go in the pool till my room was ready and all they said was no..not that the pool was not running..just no.then at 3 when I got my room and went in to change into a bathingsuit n got down to the pool and found it closed I was not happy
