Frontdesk people were really friendly and helpfull, breakfast and location was good.

I was really mad that housekeeping left a note to one of my relatives under de blanquet saying to be cleaner with the sheets. I would have preferred a charge than seeing my relative feel bad for the comment of someone who didnt know the problem we had

Breakfast included is a great value. Many food choices. Brown bags provided and guests are encouraged to pack as many snacks as they’d like to take with them. Great location - close to subway, short walk to Times Square.

We were very happy with this hotel, it was great value for money. The room was tiny (like all NY rooms) but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was renovated! The hotel was very clean and at a great location close to many restaurants, stores, attractions and transportation connections! We were mostly walking everywhere and it was very easy to get around from this hotel. It was a great plus that we had breakfast and a good start of the day! The staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful about anything we needed. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money!

We liked pretty much everything, I have to say the rooms were very tiny and that this is a very basic hotel, it is not a fancy hotel - so if anyone is looking for fancy - this is not it. Having said that, we had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated!

Location walking distance from everything. Pretty easy to get from the JFK using Airtrain and the subway, even at 12 am a Sunday night. View from the room featuring the Empire State, though partial was wonderful. Room was decently sized for New York. Private bathroom was very good, it had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and big. TV featuring cable and Netflix, perfect. Breakfast good but could be better: there were boiled eggs and sausages, scrambled eggs option would be nice. However, there were also yoghurt, cinnamon rolls, coffee, and a soda dispenser. Staff was super friendly, we felt welcome and they helped us storing our luggage after we checked out. Would definitely choose again for a short stay in Midtown.

There were options in other hotels paying the same price for bigger rooms, but with no view, which is why we chose this hotel for one night and another hotel for a longer stay.

Staff Daniel was excellent. We were just below Times Square but still close to stores and restaurants. Room was clean and breakfast was great. Room had a window that opened for air.

The bathroom sliding door is heavy. Not an issue for us but could be for others. No other issues!

Almost no pressure in the shower.

Location was half a block off of 6th Ave which made it very convenient for pick up and drop off due to less traffic. Within walking distance to a lot of the tourists areas. Felt safe walking, even at night. Breakfast was good, variety of items were available and bags were provided if you wanted to grab and go. Staff was very nice and accommodating during our stay. The rooms are nice, there was only two of us, two double beds, so we had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable.

Doors on the bathroom are pocket doors and are difficult to open and close. Towels are very thin and scratchy.

The included breakfast was yummy and filling, and the brown bags to take away food were much appreciated! Staff were mostly the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel and so helpful. The location is excellent, walking distance to most midtown tourist spots and close to subway stations if not.

The room needed a little TLC and a deep clean but nothing that affected my enjoyment of my stay. Also when checking out at 5am the lady working the front desk was either asleep or zoned out but when I asked to checkout she just grunted at me and continued to stare into space…

Great location and very friendly staff, both during the day and at night. All our queries and requests were sorted. We enjoyed the breakfast as well and was a good way to start off each day before seeing it into the city. Hotel was very clean and so were the rooms except that the carpet in the room was really dated and looked dirty. Didn't want to walk barefoot on it. If the carpets were new I would have given the stay top marks.
