Liked the location, comfortable beds and pillows, nice lobby.

Bathroom was a total wreck! Absolutely everything in it was old, run down, dirty. Really bad. Heat in room was preset way too high. Had to call for a fan and window to be opened.

The location is ideal for staying in Times Square.

What I didn't like was the attentiveness of the check in staff, they have yet to refund my $250 damage deposit even though I have checked out over 20 days ago.

the location was amazing - and we had a room that looked directly over time square which was really great. Pillows were comfortable as was the bed Shower was nice and hot and had good pressure.

You can tell it is getting old - peeling wallpaper by the elevators, water stains about the place and very worn carpet in rooms and hallways

This hotel is wonderful. Located in the city's heart and the rooms are tidy, the beds are comfy, and the bathroom is big and clean. Subway station 3 streets down which makes it even better.

No mini-fridge in the room which can be a problem for those who rely on refrigerated medications.

Location was awesome!

Our room was so hot. I ended up turning off the heating/ air conditioning system because it was blowing hot air even when on air conditioner. Thankfully, the windows did open a few inches to let in the cooler air. Slept with them open to keep room comfortable.

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. it’s a great value, clean and comfortable.

The showers need to be renew, they were old and the drain was slow so shower water will accumulate on the tub and not flow down immediately. I did NOT like the fact that after check out I was charge 2 USD dollars on donation that I was not previously asked for… I text the property manager via booking.com and they only have automated responses but no one actually helps or took responsibility for this 2 dollars scam that probably is happening to many others. Make sure to say “I don’t want to donate to anything” before leaving.

The location was a 10/10. Times Square was just a two-second walk away. I rated this property highly because the staff were exceptional. They were kind, helpful, and extremely friendly. Thank you sunil you are always in our hearts. Sunil, the manager – we initially had an issue with our first room, and Sunil immediately resolved it. He was so helpful and kind, providing us with lots of information about different things we could do in the city. He made our stay very memorable and always greeted us with a smile. Jeffrey, the bellman – when we arrived, he helped us with our luggage. He was one of my favorite people at the hotel, incredibly friendly and hilarious. He was always available to assist with any queries and made me feel at home during my stay. Thank you for everything, Jeffrey. We stayed on the 47th floor of 49, and Justine and Margaret were the ladies who cleaned our rooms. Our rooms were immaculate every day, and they always made sure we were well-stocked, as there were three of us sharing a room. They were such a joy to talk to and very well-mannered. Thank you, ladies, for everything. A special thank you also to Rocky, who was always helpful and assisted us in locating our Uber Eats on multiple occasions. He was a pleasure to speak to, as was Ishwar, who worked in the shop. I unfortunately fell ill during my stay in New York, and both men went out of their way to help me find a pharmacy and offered advice on how to get there. Their help was greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff are the main reason I rated this hotel so highly. They made the experience wonderful and my time in New York memorable. Thank you to everyone mentioned above, with a special thanks to Sunil and Jeffrey in particular.

The hotel is very outdated but location and staff made up for this.
