We liked having two apartments with entrances which only went to those apartments, this was great as we had our 3 year old grand daughter and our daughter in one apartment and we had the one next door. We ate together in the apartment with a full stove, and our daughter found the washing machine very useful. They were very clean and it was also really quiet and the site was far enough from the street to be safe for our grand daughter. The gardens enhanced the property.

A wonderful stay! The apartment was immaculate, equipped with everything you need: very comfortable beds, two tvs, kitchen utensils and nice toiletries, plenty of clean towels. A quiet area so we managed to sleep well. Only a short ride to the university, Octagon. The manager’s communication was excellent about self check in, she was also very responsive when we needed something such as borrowing a phone charger or an umbrella. We will surely stay here again. We were staying over Christmas, so our experience may be a little different. Hostess was excellent at communicating by text message. In text suited us very well.

We were supposedly upgraded but the apartment did not have "feel" of what I had seen online. Also, I was quite surprised there was no door between the bedroom and the living area. The bed was a VERY tight fit. and I banged my toes a couple of times getting around the bed.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the staff was helpful and responsive. The room didn’t have a coffee plunger but they gave us one when I asked. The common areas were beautifully maintained.

The main issue was location. While the neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant, there were no cafes or shops nearby and it was quite a hike to get downtown, up and down very big hills. They do provide a transit schedule.

Lovely quiet location that suited my needs. Very good room set-up, little kitchenette fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfy bed. Warm apartment. Nice furnishings. Laundry facilities. Helpful manager. One of the best places I have stayed of its kind. Thank you !

I asked for a quiet apartment, and the first few nights I was the only person in my block so it was lovely and quiet and I was very grateful for that. The last few nights someone was next door and unfortunately there is no soundproofing so you could literally hear every single thing, which wasn't great. But that was my only complaint and I am noise sensitive, so might not bother others at all. Everything else was perfect.

We originally booked a studio apartment but were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment at no cost, which was great. Our apartment was very well appointed, with a good kitchen-living area, separate bedroom, laundry and bathroom, double-glazed with air conditioning, free parking, and Wi-Fi. These apartments are conveniently located close to several supermarkets and with quick access to the centre of Dunedin.

Cheap slat bed and super hard mattress very uncomfortable- we had to buy a mattress topper to make it better. Air conditioner smelt terrible when operating- needs a professional clean

Nice 2 bedroom apartment overall. Has everything you need. We didn't cook and we eat out, so can't comment on kitchen facilities. There's a little wear and tear in bathroom, but that didn't affect our short stay.

There is instant coffee provided free. However, pity there is no coffee plunger in cupboard that I can buy fresh coffee and make my own coffee in the morning as I prefer freshly brewed coffee as opposed to instant.

Easy access, useful text from property management while on route. I asked for early entry and was able to access property an hour earlier then arranged.

Letter/note left to read was a little unfriendly, more about rules rather than a welcome, but a really nice, clean and well equipped motel. I thought I'd booked a more central location, bookings.com took my money but didn't confirm, left me stranded, so as a last minute booking the March apartments were a pleasant surprise. My bank refunded the payment that Bookings.com "stole" would use March apartments again but never Bookings,com
