I was on the 53rd floor, the view is so beautiful. For the view and the location, I will choose this hotel again when in Atlanta. Olympic park is just few minutes walk. The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is just 8 minutes walk. There are several restaurants around the area.

I realize now why there are many not-so-good comments about housekeeping. I agree with most of the comments. I think the housekeeping is one thing the hotel management can look into. Number 1: you have to call EVERYDAY to the front desk if you wanted your room to be cleaned. I stayed for 4 days, so, this is part of my to-do list everyday to call front desk. There was a day that my room was properly cleaned (It was a different housekeeper). But there was a day too that my bed was made like by a 10 year old. I actually smiled when I saw it. I said to myself " this explains the comments from customers".

Location was great, valet parking extra cost, bell hop nice addition, the bar was Great and bfst was nice but pricey 33.00 per person.

Not having parking close by available or connected with the room use a parking area for a fee would have been nice too. Breakfast was pricey@ 33.00 per person. Had to get key card re-set during stay as well and it's lots of walking in there too.

Hotel itself was very nice staff were amazing

The room wasn’t clean right there was left over stuff in the draw I had an 11 and a 9 years old with us my 9 years old went in the draw picked up 2 condoms and say mommy look they left stuff for us with her has no clue what she was holding in her hands we had no had water or heat we were freezing cold

The staff at the hotel was nothing but wonderful! Anything I needed, they were so prompt and courteous. The view from the room (34th floor) was beautiful! The bed was comfy, the shower was great and had excellent water pressure, and our room was very clean. The hotel was huge, and the aesthetics were on point!

We stayed during a busy busy time - a dental convention was going on as well as the dance convention/competition that we were participating in. Because of that, I think the elevators were non-stop backed up. On checkout day, I had to take two trips down to the parking garage we were using off site (the parking at the hotel would have been an additional $200 for our stay) to load up, and I had to wait over 20 minutes for an elevator with the first trip, and another 35 minutes on the second trip. They were packed tight, which made for some uncomfortable elevator rides when you finally could even get on one!

Iconic Peachtree Plaza IS downtown Atlanta. Stunning views from our 70th-floor room! The rooms are comfortable, from the beds to the thick, soft towels, to the rainforest shower. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The staff were friendly and easily accessible. They made our stay very pleasant. The external parking garage is easily accessible from inside the hotel.

The hall and bathroom space is a little cramped. I would have liked more transparency in what was included in our rate and what extra costs to expect ($1.50 for local calls, even when not completed; parking $40/day; breakfast...) The elevators (I assume) are audible in the rooms. It wasn't grating, but constant & somewhat surreal.

I liked the room and the view. The elevators were a little slow but overall the room and view were great.

I did not like the parking situation. The wait to get into the parking lot was long and not well marked. By the time we were in the parking lot, the valet was full and we had to self park. Parking situation was not good. The Cafe Restaurant should have a special menu option rather than just the buffet for people that would not utilize the buffet and get their monies worth. Would have been nice to just order an omelet and toast and not have to deal with the buffet.

Staff was extremely accommodating especially when we ran into problems with the payment method used. We got changed to a premium king room and we’re given free breakfast and the option for a later checkout time due to the hiccup we had! The view was amazing from the 63rd floor, we sat and just watched the city at night for an hour. We even got to hear and see a little bit of muse playing at shaky knees from our room! My lady and I needed this getaway so bad and it was more than relaxing and nice!

Newer appliances/more room amenities. We could hear the elevator REALLY well, but with the AC on it wasn’t as noticeable!

We loved the Taylor Swift music playing in the lobby as we checked in to the hotel and greeted other guests arriving for the concert. We also loved our beautiful cityscape view where we could clearly see the sign that read "Welcome to A-Tay-La". I also loved the very comfortable bed , amazing shower, and soft robe and slippers after we had a late night of arriving back after the concert. Overall, it was the perfect overnight stay to enjoy the concert. The convenient location made it so easy for us to walk to and from the concert feeling very safe at all times.

In my opinion, based on the room rate, valet parking should have been included for the guests. We arrived late in the afternoon and left the next day before check out at 11:00, but were charged for a full day at the rate of $55.00. I tipped our driver another $20.00, so I paid $75.00 in total for parking that was less than 24 hours. The pool and restaurant were also not available at the time of our stay which was disappointing.

The Westin was a great hotel but had to get use to using entrance keys for everything, ie elevators and doors to enter and leave. The staff from the valet parking to the bar dining was great. Really no complaints about the hotel itself.

It is not the hotels' fault but every time we stepped outside the door of the hotel, there were so many homeless people begging for money, cigarettes, etc. It really made the visit there uncomfortable because we wanted to walk to the park (and we did) but the homeless population made it not pleasant. Also, it was a no smoking hotel and the hotel really did not accommodate people who smoked (it was find a spot among the homeless).
