Of course the location is perfect Room is spacious Room is clean Furniture not old Beds are comfy Stuff all have a big smile on there faces especially the stuff of the restaurant they did there best to provide us with what we want (All of them were very helpful)

Food was not as expected (actually most of the food was below average to BAD) WiFi connectivity was very bad Inspite that we booked 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 13 with breakfast but the hotel changed us 2000 SAR for the kids saying that kids stay in room for free but I have to pay them any utilities

I loved the comfortable room, i had booked room with 2 queen beds but they upgraded and gave me a room with 2 queen and 2 single beds. The breakfast is amazing, staff is very well trained and they do their best to accomodate everything you ask for. The location is excellent, just 3 minutes to Haram king Fahad gate.

Location is excellent but during peak rush periods like year end or Ramadan, police closes the nearest entrances towards Haram an hour or so before Salah so one should either go an hour before or you have to walk all the way to King Abdullah Extension (aprox 7 minutes) and pray there.

The staffs. They are all stuck up like as if i stayed for free. Could and should have been better given this is Conrad, a Hilton group of companies. And the booking i made came with breakfast when i booked under 2 adults 2 children, but was told to pay 706 Riyal for my children as they say booking made with breakfast only for adults. This is not my first time using Booking.com. Never encountered this problem before. Didn’t complain and paid. They said it’s in the hotel policy which was not indicated during selection of rooms. Be honest, it goes a long way. Especially in Haram.

Noise from next door disturbed us had to complain to reception and also get them to speak to the people in the next room. Also did not like that the lights dont allow you to control from the room properly you are forced to turn off from the front door and side lights don’t work. Also was not told about the tax which was charged afterwards when I checked out. Not all staff are able to speak English well or conversationally. Some staff is excellent some was. On existent - expect higher standard of English from top hotel so this was frustrating and annoying and disappointing!

Breakfast variety was absolutely amazing and the service, especially Mohammed Helaal was so helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect and the view was breathtaking.

The bathroom was not up to our standard. We had to keep asking for a bath mat and all the water was Pouring out of the shower. Also the doors would close with a loud bang which would wake up anyone sleeping. This is just a minor thing to improve.

The location is close to Haram, the helpful cleaning guys and concierge guys. The breakfast was good. Wheelchair was free for my mom.

The doors, bolts, washing taps etc are age old .My bathroom door made noise.Main door wood was broken.Tje lifts are dangerous,shaky and age old. My room had connexting door with other room which was locked and given to otherguests.I could hear sounds of what people talking clearly from next room . The reception does not pick calls always. Overall good enough stay.

Excellent breakfast plenty of choices. Room was very spacious. Had a few issues with bed and pillows but overall room was satisfactory.

Overall I was pretty satisfied with all the hotel facilities. However the reason I chose Conrad was because of its proximity to the mosque but at every prayer time the authorities close the entrances to the mosque making it literally impossible for pilgrims to enter the mosque. I think all the hotels along the jabal Omar complex should get together and put pressure on the authorities to change this ridiculous practice. All the pilgrims pay premium prices to stay at these hotels for its convenience and proximity to haram.

Amazing Hotel, great facilities, really nice breakfast. Staff are very professional and friendly, and alhamdulillah the location is very close to the Haram, as well as very accessible to the Mall

Dear Team, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service during our recent stay. The restaurant was excellent with plenty of choices at breakfast, the room was of a decent size, and being so close to Haram was incredibly convenient. The added bonus of having plenty of shops nearby made the experience even better. I would also like to thank Mr. Muhammad Ali, the manager, for his professionalism and prompt action in resolving an issue we encountered related to breakfast while booking the room. He handled the situation efficiently and ensured our comfort, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning.

We had booked a room for four with breakfast included, but upon arrival, we were informed that only adults were covered for breakfast, and we would need to pay for our children, which was a surprise.

Amazing staff, the best! Only you cross one street ( low to no traffic almost) and find yourself in Haram. Very accessible. Well served area. The hotel is connected to many shopping centers and supermarket Bin Dawood. I got the premium suit with lounge access. 2-4 there was coffee and refreshments with no added charge and between 7-9 they mentioned “ snacks “ but actually I was happily surprised to see them serving seafood, meat curry , rice , saleeq and a selection of Arabic appetizer and sweets, as well as amazing soups. Also the staff were super friendly and one of them even offered to fill the plate for me. The breakfast buffet was acceptable as well and I was surprised to see it crowded even at 6 am so you have to keep this in mind unlike other hotels.

- the parking was for 185 SAR and when I arrived in front of the hotel they said I have to go around and bring the car from the park for the parking area. It was like additional 10-15 min but I believe this won’t be major if I come again now that I know the place. The location in booking is actually 20 min away and it’s for the metro station. Looks for Jabal Omar parking for Conrad instead. - the smell in the room was awful. I don’t know where it’s coming from is it bad ventilation or bad cleaning of the carpet but it was annoying.
