The location was excellent, the room view was beautiful, and the air conditioning was excellent. The room was new and they were very attentive to it. The hotel consists of two buildings next to each other. We lived in the other building, and I think the other building had just been renovated. Frankly, I recommend living there, and if I return to Interlaken again, I will live there again.

No iron is provided in the room. You have to go down to a room downstairs in the hotel to iron your clothes On our last day at the hotel, we found a spider in the room, and the price is high for a 4-star hotel. These are the notes.

We had room 407, it has a great balcony (small) with great views which was what I wanted. Both breakfast and dinner where great. Good food, excellent/superb service. All front desk people were super friendly and helpful. Bar service and lounge area cozy. Jan was our bartender for the whole trip and was very friendly. Sauna was amazing. Loved the decor. Location was perfect, near interlaken ost and harder Klum. It was a short walk to interlaken west.

Only negative was the faucet in the shower/bath made a squealing noise which we could not figure out, once we did and tightened it a bit it was good. Also, first night was cold, I think the heat was off, once it kicked on, it was comfortable.

Centrally located to Interlaken Ost station and near all amenities- trips, shops, food.

The family room is very compact for those who have older children and is in a building at the back of the hotel up some stairs that aren’t lit up at night. Thankfully the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request and we were moved as my 70 year old mother couldn’t walk up and down them.

The location is great, just 5 min from Interlaken Ost. The staff very nice, especially the lady at the reception, very sweet and helpful. Our room was very spacious, modern and very clean. Spacious and super modern bathroom. A pity that we didn’t stay longer… but we’ll come back🙂

A certain staff at breakfast was rather unpleasant - ignoring our requests and never brought the items we needed to our table - the other staff during our stay were generally good

During the stay I have complaint every day regarding the noise coming from the room above My room,I think the isolation is not enough. I had 5 compliant to the hotel management.

Apartment was perfect for my family of 5. Smaller than I expected but very clean. All the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Location was perfect. Just a short walk to Interlaken Ost, where most of the activities in the jungfraugh region depart from.

the balcony we had was shared with the other rooms and the room was so very hot you have to keep the doors open and worry if anyone out there could be potentially snooping

The hotel was clean, great air conditioning during the hot summer. Huge breakfast each morning, more than enough choices. Close to the train station and the local COOP grocery store. Location is very central to all things a tourist may need.

Polite and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Very nice food at the restaurant and helpful staff ( I had some food restrictions and they totally respected the case). Spacious room, with big bed. Old building but beautiful. They've done great work with the Gala Dinner for the night of 31st of December. Great food, great entertainment, great decorations. We had a wonderful time.

On arrival day, we noticed in the bathroom that the furniture where our body towels were placed (close to the sink) was covered with spots. When we cleaned it with a Dettol paper we determined it has not been properly cleaned. Also the hair dryer had hair on the handle. The room's chandelier would make noise every time someone from the upper floor would walk right above it. That would happen pretty often especially in the morning, waking us up. It was expected however, as the building is old, but it didnt ruin our stay nor our sleep.
