Great location, nice to have a balcony. I liked the Manchester themed decor.

The bed was too firm. Having to pay a £250 deposit for a 1 night stay. When I asked the receptionist when this would be refunded I was told the evening after departure. It’s now 2 days later and I’ve not received the refund or any communication around this. So far what was advertised at under £200 has cost me nearly £500. To me this either should be clearer or quicker to refund.

Fantastic view of Manchester, the 19th floor was brilliant. Enormous space for living, dining and cooking. Almost too big. It was clean, spacious and homely. The bathroom was clean, bright and again almost too big.

The bedroom was too small and the position of the tv behind the door was insane. You had to close the door in a small bedroom to see the TV. Blinds at the window would be better than curtains so you can filter the sunlight instead of completely blocking it out by drawing the curtains. The gym equipment is dated, needs a refresh.

couch and rug and curtains are certainly showing their age and look pretty shabby. my mum didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the couch because it looked worn and grubby. 1 lift wasn’t working which meant at times having to wait a very long time (10mins+) It wasn’t possible to go down the stairs as we were in the 14th floor, I gave a bad hip and mum is 86 so would rather take the lift. it was repaired on the 3rd day. it is still very dark in the en-suite bedroom especially when trying to put things in / out of the wardrobe - maybe a ‘push light’ would be an added bonus and would help.

The apartment was superb, loved the decor, the facilities, the location and, thd huge balcony with views to die for! We were lucky enough to be on the 14th floor and had views of central Manchester....The apartment was perfect for our family, 2 couples, and we definitely loved our stay. The reception staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful, the checking in and out proceedures were faultless, the apartment was clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need. The location couldn't have been better, 1 minute walk to the arndale, 5 minutes to the printworks, 3 minutes to picadilly gardens. Would be my go-to hotel if I stayed in Manchester again.

Nothing, without feeling the need to be picky, maybe a clothes hanger on the back of the door in the bedroom as i had nowhere to hang my clothes at night...

It’s my first time staying at an apartment hotel and I am sold. My apartment was very spacious, had an amazing view of Manchester and the kitchen was equipped everything I needed . Felt very homely. The location was perfect walking distance to all the tourist spots I wanted to visit and also the Piccadilly station.

There was a very offensive odour from the kitchen. Not sure where it was coming from. I would have loved to not have to pay for extra housekeeping during my stay. The apartment itself was spacious but the room was very tiny but it was okay.

The location is very central and close to many shopping areas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on 12th floor which had nice views and it was a warm stay for our family. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The bathtub could be renovated and the hot water ran out during bath time which is not ideal during winter. I would avoid staying on a Saturday as we had to pay quite a high rate (almost 3x) compared to the other days of the week. The access to the building and to the elevators is not ideal for wheels as we had to carry our suitcases through the entrance and then again up few flights of stairs to get to the elevator.

No window in 1 bedroom; Patio door in 2nd bedroom didnt open so quite claustrophobic in both rooms especially when it was so hot. We usually book a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom but I mistakenly booked a 2 bed / 1 bath so there was no accessible shower. Staff tried their best to accommodate a change of room but not possible this time. Balcony overlooked other apartments with views into peoples bedrooms.

Location was great, just across the road from the Arndale Centre. The property has 24 hour security and reception desk and doors and lifts could only be accessed with a key card, which made us feel very safe. We were on the 18th floor and the view at night when Manchester was lit up was lovely. Apartment had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. It was a 2 bedroom suite and both rooms were good size with TV etc. apartment looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. We made breakfast in the apartment and ate out for other meals. There is a Tesco just beside and a Co-op across the street. My daughter was able to use the gym every morning which was an added bonus.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend in March. Amazing location, a max 15 min walk from everything, close to tram stations. The apartment was clean and comfortable, had all the necessary amenities. Good value for money. Will recommend when in Manchester.

We arrived at night and had to wait aprox 10 minutes outside until a staff member arrived at the desk and let us in (although we updated on our estimated arrival time in advance). We asked to book a taxy back to the airport, which was not booked. The staff was very friendly though and all in all these are insignificant. The nice man at the reception called us a taxi on the spot which arrived in five minutes.

Location and facilities are great, the apartment has everything you could need for one night or one month. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The noise from the toilet in the apartment above was deafening during the night (we were in 1407) - I was woken up about 5 times in one night. Thankfully the apartment was empty for the rest of my stay. The minimum 4 night stay is also disappointing, I was able to stay for 2 nights last year. The lack of a window in the main bedroom is also annoying.
