It’s was quiet, private, and had a nice lounge area. We could work from the dining table and jump into the pool from time to time. The staff were so nice and helpful. They even surprised us most days with a beautiful snack in the afternoon. Our pool was perfectly positioned to get the mid day sun. We enjoyed using the gym at Xeno for a few times, that was a nice addition. Highly recommend this place, we didn’t want to leave.

We brought a mosquito net, it would have been nice to have been able to hang it up. Although the mosquitoes weren’t that much of a problem. Still 10/10 stay.

Comfortable bed, great living area and place was cleanbed thoroughly every day. We loved the pool and location too. Staff is great!

Toilet door is see through so you can see the toilet from the bed. AC wasn't very powerful so it was pretty warm and lighting wasn't the best next to mirrors. Water pressure is pretty bad in the shower. Also drinking water pump stopped working every second day. It was chargable so the staff should just leave a charger to the guests or swap it every day. You expect more from honeymoon destination for this price.

Amazing villa which was close to the main town, but far enough away that it was really quiet. Everything in the villa was as it looked in the photos and worked well. Each day you were given a complimentary afternoon snack and had access to the local gym, which included classes. The WhatsApp concierge was really useful.

Make sure you use the safe. Unfortunately, we had two sets of airpods go missing from our villa during our stay. This was pretty disappointing, as everything else about our stay had been perfect.

The property was private and quiet even though there was construction on the opposite side of the lane. Breakfast was lovely. The team were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and were very responsive. The housekeeping staff were hard working and accommodating.

Most of the team were lovely………at face value. Communication via WhatsApp was with the management team. The reception staff had no authority and always had to refer back to a faceless manager. The manager never showed their face. The linens and towels were stained however, but clean enough. Some of the linens could do with replacement.

The villa was very private and the pool was a really good size to cool off in. The staff were amazing! They addressed all our concerns and always had a smile on their faces. Every day they brought us a snack in the afternoon that was complimentary. The location was excellent. There were loads of great restaurants around. Just stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The villa was perfect as we plan to have a private pool for our kid. It supposed that kids are not allowed, but the negotiated with the villa management. Sorry about the miss information in the booking, should have inform during the booking to avoid last minute surprise. The kid enjoy the pool and bath tub! Breakfast was delicious, we repeat order on Mexican breakfast on second day.

Low water pressure for shower and there’s mosquitoes inside. However, these all are well managed and not a big issue to enjoy the stay.

Great location, friendly stuff, very good breakfast, beautiful pool and villa. We really loved daily afternoon surprises (snacks). Great communication via WhatsApp - if we needed anything, ordering breakfast etc, the stuff was very responsive. They also prepared a surprise decoration and cake for my husbands birthday (on my request) for extra charge (cheap) which was really nice!

Absolutely stunning villa which is very well maintained. The villa is cleaned daily and is of a very high standard with the villa left immaculate, there is also a daily inspection of the pool. There is no onsite restaurant, however the Spanish restaurant next door is very good and delivers straight to your door, as do many of the restaurants in town. I received an unexpected snack each afternoon, ranging from watermelon to chocolate pot dessert which was a lovely surprise. Staff are very friendly and contactable via WhatsApp for any requests or assistance. A beautiful property to escape from the world!

The weather wasn’t great while I was there so I didn’t get to make as much use of the pool as I would have liked but it was fabulous. There is some construction work going on nearby although it’s not too intrusive and the local dogs do howl quite loudly in the early evening although this does stop after a while. There is a mosque nearby but I didn’t always hear the 4.30am call to prayer but earplugs are provided in the villa if you need them which is a lovely touch.

Everything!! The room was spacious, clean, modern and luxurious! Having the pool to ourselves was great too. There is a “welcome package” and a lot of small details that make you feel like a special guest. Excellent value for your money.

Nothing, everything was great!

Treat yourself with luxury and absolute privacy in on of the nice villa’s. Lots of space, pristine clean, comfortable and with your own pool. The staff is more then friendly and accommodating and treats you everyday with little treats like fresh fruit, a coconut drink or pudding. Several options for the included breakfast that are well prepared and tasty. Near the centre of Kuta, without the noise of it. I loved it here.
