Beautifully designed villas. High quality fittings and fixtures. Very clean. Fantastic location - walkable into the main streets of Lombok. Fantastic restaurant at La Cabana next door. Very comfortable bed. Loved our stay and will be back again!

Bit of construction noise - which I imagine is now finished. The garden in the villa is so new & needs to grow, however some of the plants shouldn't be in such direct sunlight and are struggling! The villas will be amazing once the gardens establish.

the villa is fully equipped, anything you need is there. Fantastic place to relax and enjoy your holidays.

Everything was perfect

We had the greatest time staying at The Konkret in Kuta Lombok. The quality of the villas are top level! Also the staff is very helpful and friendly especialy the manager Sudirman. They make you feel save and at home. Have any question? Send them a msg and you get the help you need! Also the place of the villas is located in a secured place just 3 minutes away from the centre of Kuta. Its easy to walk or drive out to get some good food or do whatever. Maybe its a bit more pricey then other places, but its a bang for your buck! They are building up some more stuff around the villas so I guess the place will get even better and better. Big recommendation to The Konkret!

Perfect location, great villa with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Bed very comfortable. Excellent layout which made it a great place to stay. Nothing was a problem for the staff to do for us.

Rooms not sound proof, so could here the pool filter at night, however property very accommodating and turned this off at night for us. Lots of building taking place around which meant road very busy with workers and noisy during the day.

The Konkret is an amazing property. From the minute we stepped into our 3 bedroom villa, we were blown away. It was so private, and so perfectly laid out that it was difficult to find the motivation to head out to do any activities. The kitchen was a bonus; travelling with a family, we get tired of eating out for every meal. LOVED the outdoor living/dining/lounge area. The Konkret was everything we wanted it to be...and more. And the staff are incredibly attentive and responsive to requests. We will return.

The only (tiny) issues were a lack of olive oil, salt and pepper for cooking. And the dishwasher left chemical residue on the dishes.

Beautiful design, clean, great bed/linen and lighting throughout. Outdoor and open plan living with the pool was really nice. A timely stop on our travels and as a base visiting the surrounding area. Staff on kind and professional.

Our villa with private pool was not so private with the office building directly opposite and there is construction going on. We did get offered a free breakfast and massage to say sorry.

Very calming ; clean and the decor is superb; pool is also amazing ; the place is much better than the photos; the location is also excellent… restaurants close by

The people staying in the villa next to us were really noisy; loud music etc; and because the kitchen and living areas are outside; you can’t avoid the sound of the people in the villas beside you: we like people having fun but it just felt very close and intrusive.

very unique experience. wonderful villa, with an exceptional interior design. the staff was very kind and responded swiftly to any requests.

Only downside was that the facility is still in the works, you can hear the noise of the other building being built.

Modern, minimalist design. Comfortable beds. Filtered cold water. Beautiful villa. The coffee is great ! Location fabulous. I recommend the Konkret for couples, groups - the design may not suit families with very small children.

We stayed in rainy hot season, so the rooms felt hot at night despite AC - we slept with ceiling fan on high which helped a lot.
