This is a really lovely hotel in centre of Kengsington. Short stroll to Earl's Court Station and High Street. It's in a quiet street but close to everything. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Heating was great especially as you could turn it on and off yourself. There was tea and coffee in the room. Can't fault anything.

Everything was great but just be aware that the shower is above bathtub which may not be convenient for older people.

Great location , the room was nice and spacious. Some of the staff were very nice.

The connected door system is a bit weird ( in my opinion) . We had a bit of a problem checking in - it took about 2hours because the system was down ( not really their fault) but than we were sent to a room which was not vacated it was bit of a mess .

The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation.

The room felt a bit dated. The facilities could be better.

Is located in lovely Kensington with metro's and bus stops near by. Is also away from the hazle from downtown London so in spite there are many hotels is also very quiet. The staff was super kind and the rooms are clean and lovely.

I am starting to miss in Hotels a folder with all the information needed. We had to ask in reception how to use the heater or how to get breakfast. I requested a Taxi but they didn't take note of it at the end was solved but those are the details that make a great hotel. Equally there are some run out points in the hotel but they were very fast in solving them if needed

Great place to stay - we were on 4th floor and it was very quiet at night. The Hotel is located in a nice area of London close to tube stations at either Glouster Road or Earl's Court... both about 500metres from hotel. We found that the Earls Court station was a better option to access hotel if travelling from Heathrow... but requires a lift to exit with heavy suit cases. Breakfast is about 15 English pounds at the hotel and is good value considering the price of food in nearby coffee shops (with a sandwich roll and coffee costing around 10 English pounds).

Very nice hotel in Kensington. Very well appointed rooms with A/C, which is a bonus in summer! It's about a 7 minute walk from Earl's Court or High Street stations,so great location and very good value.

Really helpful staff and very clean.

I requested a twin room, but they put is in a double room. We were running late for an event, so we didn't have time to dispute it and move rooms. Instead, we just put up with it.

I've tried a number of hotels in this area and this is by far one of the best I have stayed. Breakfast was not included in the package & one has to pay for it separately at the dining area itself. You have the option of boarding trains from Gloucester Road or Earl's Court. Cromwell Hospital is just a few yards away at the edge of the road. Sainsbury's & an excellent Italian restaurant gives plenty of options for food & personal needs. The room was quite big almost 18 sq metres never felt cramped for space. Almost all amenities are provided in the room including iron box, hair dryer, water etc.....

However, there were some things that need to be improved. 1. The in-room safe was not working & no attempt was made to rectify it. 2. The shower which is in the bath tub is quite elevated from the ground & a lot of people especially older will find it difficult if not impossible to get in. There must be a stool or hand support provided. 3. You might want to take a room on a higher floor as there is noise from the lobby, garden & road that can affect your sleep sometimes & cause some unsettling moments.

The hotel is in a great location, very spacious and clean room, with good restaurants nearby and on a quiet region (on average). The hotel is fairly close to a couple of underground stations and giver great access to the city. The hotel offers a good breakfast for $15, although not great value-for money there, but very convenient. The staff was very thoughtful and helped with my demands, although I didn't have many to be honest, everything was great.

I think for the price paid the breakfast could be a little better, with some more options, but it was still good (and above average of what I have experienced in London).

Basic breakfast should be offered to guests for cheaper, I think £15 per person is too expensive if you just want and a slice of toast and some proper coffee. It should be considered that all guests should be allowed to enter the breakfast and have a till checkout for each individual item. They should have pushchair access to the hotel as we had to lift ours every time we left and entered.
