Even we didnt have beakfast, the surroundings of the hotel are amazing. So near to the Times Square and Rockfeller Center. There we were near tô everything, also subway stations. All personel of the hotel totally helpful and happy to answer our questiona and make our trip easier and better. The room is small, but, well organized. The place was planned to use each inch. The service to store our luggage on last day was also amazing, because they also put one tag that can identify your luggage, to avoid confusion.
The room is small for the price spent.

Motto Hilton Times Square made my trip to NYC wonderful. Clean, super comfy bed and high quality linens, loved the high quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion (I forgot mine), wonderful front desk staff + cafe, bar and housekeeping staff - all so kind and professional, fresh bottled water every day, quiet for resting and sleeping, felt very safe. Thank you so much.

It was clean the staff was welcoming and although the e rooms were a bit small you had everything you needed.
Although the location is perfect it can be a bit noisy at night since times square is around the corner.

The location is super convenient and the room is enough for one person with a small amount of luggage in a queen-bed room. It also included a $10 credit that could be used at the cafe of the hotel everyday.
There is leakage on the floor and from the ceiling.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of Times Square. This makes going around very easy.
The room could have been bigger especially for the price I paid. However, understandably this is New York City, costs are typically pretty higher since we are in the middle of the tourist spot.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Times square, central park, empire state building, ect, all within walking distance.
Rooms are super small. I don't know if that's normal in New York city but, I have never been to a hotel with the rooms so tiny.
