The property is everything as described in words and pictures. The facilities were clean, staff accommodating, and the kitchenette served its purpose well into our long, 10 night stay. Its location is unmatched with the N, R, Q, W train uptown/downtown only a couple feet away. Never had to make long treks through the busy streets and rush to catch the train on time. It took us fifteen minutes to get to the theater district with no trouble. Everything is within reach if you’re looking to book a proper Holiday in Manhattan and don’t mind making longer commutes towards Brooklyn or Queens - even then, it’s a straight shot up or down. If you look past its dated interiors (which arguably presents its own charm), you’ll find a perfectly affordable place to stay and feel its convenience in your wallet and time.

Elevators were a bit slow and creeky. Would’ve took the stairs if we weren’t 12 floors up!

Everything was perfect. I called them before if an early checkin was possible and the said that they already had a room ready. After arrival I said that I would be working from the apartment that's why we needed a separate living and bedroom. We were a party of 4, so they gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, the staff really friendly and although the style of the apartment is a bit outdated it has really everything you would expect from an apartment. Full kitchen and oven, microwave, cooling and freezer. I would definitely stay there on my next visit with the family. The location is absolutely the best. Near all major subway lines within a 3 minute walk.

There were some problems with the heating, but that was solved by providing us with 2 mobile electric heaters

Impossible to beat the location - central to Times Square so getting to a Broadway show or restaurant was always just a few blocks. Also ten minutes from a Whole Foods so we fully could stock the kitchen.

location, space, and cleanliness

The water turned brown at one point (when my son happened to be in the shower). We were there for two nights and this was our second morning before checking out. It was brown and there was dirt? in it, that filled the tub floor. The water became mostly clear after running for several minutes, so we rinsed the tub and his body really quickly and got him out. my other son didn’t shower because we didn’t want to risk it happening to him, too.

The location is awesome, the rooms were perfect I got a two bedroom with a kitchenette and a pullout couch. Every bedroom has a window, the beds were big, I thought one room had two twins but it turned out to be two full size beds. The front desk staff was wonderful. You can’t beat the location and size. It had dated decor but that is literally my only negative, and it wasn’t that bad at all! I have been to NYC 3 times… this was the best so far, better than the Marriott in Times Square. Good subway access and food all around. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Honestly everything was great, I have no complaints. I never write reviews, but this place kind of deserves one.

I cannot believe the value for the price. The location could not have been any better - it was surrounded by transit options to get anywhere I wanted as well as precisely the center / closest it could be to everywhere I wanted to go in the immediate vicinity. At the same time, my room felt enormous and so clean and special and inviting. It was spacious, immaculate, and even had brand new kitchen supplies, assorted appliances, and a large bath tub. Oh! And the pillows were out of this world. Four massive pillows for just one person, and a bunch of fresh and fluffy towels even for just one person. (I’ve stayed in places where they don’t give enough towels even when there are multiple people staying and at this place even though I checked in as a solo traveler my room was so well-supplied I felt made to feel so welcome and comfortable.) The pillows were incredible.

fantastic location, couldn’t be any more central in Midtown. The apartment was immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen and the coffee was lovely. Able to open 4 windows in total which was welcome, especially when multiple hairdryers going. Staff here were very friendly, the maintenance men lovely and chatty as well. We requested extra coffee and a 2nd hairdryer and it was no bother. used both the bedroom and the sofa bed which was fine and as comfortable as a sofa bed could be. Loads of clean linens and covers. A lot of pillows available as well. 4th stay in NYC and I genuinely don’t see me staying anywhere else. Great location, fantastic clean apartment which was very spacious, friendly staff and incredibly low price. 10/10.

Honestly nothing pops to mind. We were on a higher floor and the elevators could require a small waiting time. however, this is not a negative on my opinion.

Great location Big room for a family (they upgraded us to two queen bedroom) The room was floor 8 turning to the back side so relatively it was not so loudy. Some of the staff were really nice Value to money it was really worth it if you dont care being in a non fancy (feels a bit old) hotel

The hotel and rooms need some renovation (which may update the price as well) The ac made some noises (my wife was influenced but the rest of the family not) Some noises from the streets which even woke us up but taking the location and the type of hotel into account thiis can happen) Carpets must be replaced Very narrow corridors to the rooms Italian restaurent downstairs definitely not value to money.
