The food was wonderful. Fresh salads daily and an incredible breakfast buffet for the healthy at heart and the fat boy breakfast types. Throughly enjoyed the meals here. The sauna and steam room was lovely. A really relaxing way of spending an hour after snowboarding! Reception staff are super helpful.

The restaurant staff were not very smiley nor pleasant. They also removed food from tables before you had finished. We were told that 10am was the end of breakfast but they were clearing it away ten minutes before. Not great really.

The breakfast and dinner were more than exceptional! The chef Jordan and his colleague Kremena gave us the sence of feeling more than welcome! They prepared a vast selection from the Bulgarian and International cuisine. The food was fresh, good quality, taste and very well presented! Special thanks to Peter, restaurant Manager, who made us feel as home! Hotel Reception desk attendant Grigor and all other Hotel staff were frendly, welcomming and ready to help us in any situation!

Spa was excellent. The hotel room was warm and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was fine in general.

Room facilities can be upgraded, with coffee machine/ kettle and coffee/tea bags to be included in the rooms. Water should be provided free of charge during dinner. Bed sheets should have been changed at least once during our three night stay.

Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. There was a wide variety of hot dishes, desserts, salads, fruits and vegetables. The hotel is surrounded by forest, this is a tranquil place. I also liked the swimming pool. The room was big and clean. The staff was kind and pleasant. A shuttle also delivers you to lifts and back to the hotel.

Sometimes it was too hot and stuffy in the room. We can't sleep well even if we open a window.

We very much enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the diversified breakfast to the spa which had an amazing pool with jacuzzi and glass roof. Staff was kind and helpful. In each day the room was cleaned, towels were changed if needed and we did not had any worries about the warmthness. Hotel is situated in a quiet zone of Borovets, don’t expect to have a 2 minute walk to the center. But this is not an inconveniece because you will have a free shuttle to bring you to and in from center.

The hotel is very nice for families. It has everything you need. The food choices are very good. The spa area is perfect after skiing all day long :) The staff is friendly and helpful. We are coming for a second time. We like it 👌

The room was a bit dusty. If you pull the curtains, a lot of dust is coming from them. There is no kettle in the room.

Wonderful hotel, the staff was very kind and helpful, accomodation was great, we got a room upgrade due to last minute changes. The food was excellent. Pool and SPA very enjoyable. We had a great stay, one of my best experiences in Borovets

Room was a bit hot as heating was on full blast all over the hotel, it took 2 days to regulate the temperature

Breakfast and dinner were better than I was expected. Big variety of dishes. Swimming pool with warm water. My children played there for hours and didn't want to go out. Sauna, aroma sauna and steam room were very good. It was good facilities for relaxation after skiing. Room was spacious and warm. All wet clothes dried quickly.

Lovely facilities and lovely food. We loved the hearty, local fare. Plenty of choice but not too much to make it tacky! A perfect place for young families or couples wanting a quiet and relaxing stay. There is a bus to the ski area but we chose to walk instead (without skis) as it’s a lovely walk through the forest - only about 20 mins.
