If you're here for skiing, it's perfect! Very good breakfast and dinner, with plenty of selections and a central grill for omelettes or meats. Being far from town, where everywhere you need to pay for parking, the free shuttle bus provided is great for commuting. Storage room for ski equipment also available. Free parking another great addition. The rooms are very big, plenty of space especially when you have winter clothes and stuff. Heating is like they haven't heard about energy crisis... :)

If you are here for the skiing, than all the good points above are valid. But it could just be a greater place if the rooms would be updated. The lighting system is poor, the furniture and the floor carpet and the window shades are just so cheap. Still, is all functional and clean, but it's so different compared with the breakfast/dinner service which is really good.

- room was large and clean, with balcony - bathroom clean, hot water with excellent water pressure - staff was nice, always willing to help - Good breakfast and dinner, nice food diversity and very nice hot station where eggs, pancakes and meat was prepared on the spot - vrey good parking, with the possibility to park underground for a tax - shuttle transfer to the slope and a place to deposit your equipment - similar to a 5 stars hotel in Bansko

- location is not in the city center (you have a 500m walk to get there), but the advantage is that you can sleep better - towels need some replacement as there are a little bit old and not very qualitative - we had no glasses into the room, but this is fixable (you can ask to the reception or bar) - some lights didn't worked in our room

Staff very friendly and keen to help. Food was delicious, plenty of variety of hot and cold food for breakfast and dinner. An amazing lady cooking on the griddle, I swear she could cook my slippers and they would be amazing! Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus available for runs up to the village and returns in the afternoon.

The hotel is on the cheaper side for Borovets so don’t expect something you’ve not paid for. I thought it was great.

The size of the room was wow. We went skiing, and the hotel had a shuttle to the slopes. For this type of hotel, it was a great surprise to have very good steam sauna and Finnish sauna. Good variety in breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

The jacuzzi area was smelly due to a green carpet, that was always wet. Maybe you should replace that carpet with some wood panels.

Before checking-in a lot of bad reviews appeared about the hotel and we were worried.In our case, they were not true.The rooms are very big and it was very warm. The room was clean and the cleaning personnel came every day and changed the towels.The breakfast had good options.

The only issue could be the parking, there are not enough places for the capacity of the hotel.One day they had a problem with electricity and we did not have hot water for a few hours, but it was solved.

This is my second stay at Green Hotel, and the hotel was exactly as I expected. They have a very kind and helpful personnel. The food was diverse and perfect both at breakfast and dinner. The rooms were big and nicely wormed.

My bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

The staff is amazing - very polite, they really try to make the guests feel comfortable. The cleaning staff, the people in the restaurant, the bus driver, really everyone - they work super hard! Thank you for making our stay so nice!

We had some disturbance one of the nights (loud partying from the neighbouring ensuite). I know the reception intervened the next day and they did so properly, but maybe the hotel can do more to warn guests that they should not organise parties in the rooms in the first place (especially the family rooms seem to be used by groups of friends who want to party). Prevention might be better than intervention.
