Great location just few mins walk from the Uber boat dock into city.

Rooms were a bit chilly. Couldn't seem to get temperature up despite thermostats appearing to work! Staff were great though. Helpful throughout and on site car park was a bonus.

Would have been nice to have a fan in the living room too

No wifi router to our room, we had to peg onto the next door's wifi which limited its availability

It worked really well for 5 friends - I realised we could have asked for the beds to be turned into twins but after we arrived. Fantasically clean and enough towels for all - we loved having that space we could all gather and do our thing before heading to the restaurant

The only thing I would suggest for the person on the sofa bed (which was me) that was comfortable - but there is no mirror in the hall or living room I had to bend down and use the microwave as someone was in the bedrooms, and communal bathroom so I had no mirror to straighten my hair. Also we didn't bring a hairdryer as we thought there would be one but couldn't find one anywhere

rooms were clean and equipped with everything what you need for a week-long stay. complimentary coffee pills were nice, but then you will have to buy your own. room furniture and the facilities overall are all comfortable and modern. staff was super friendly; we were able to leave our luggage at the locker room both before check-in and after check-out to spend some time nearby before we depart to airport. they were also very helpful with handling our orders from Amazon.com.

we had to walk for about 13-15 min to the nearest tube station. Booking.com said it was close, that's not so close to me especially if you have to walk with your toddler every day to commute to other parts of the city.

This was an excellent apartment. Very well presented and spotlessly clean. It had all the equipment needed to enjoy a long stay. The bed was very comfortable and linen crisp and clean. There was a constant supply of hot water, excellent toiletries and everything worked as it should. Access was straightforward but secure. Location great and bus stops at the top of the road. Convenient parking on site (for a charge). Recommended

The bath was extremely slippery and made showering a delicate exercise!

Apartment Location is great, parking is available in the building carpark if needed. Reception Check-in was very fast and professional with Fatima and Hamza making sure everything was processed speedily. Communication prior was answered promptly and a phone call the day before to confirm our stay. They were both very helpful and friendly with knowledge of the surrounding area for trains, restaurants and attractions. Apartment was very clean and modern with tasteful decor. we had a complimentary upgrade, as one with a balcony was available, this was great with city views and side view of the river and very much appreciated. There was enough room for 3 adults and a teen to make our stay very comfortable. The beds, towels and kitchen equipment were very clean. All areas of the reception and building was modern snd clean. I will definitely stay again when in this area.

The location and how modern the property was. We had 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom but we decided to sleep on just the sofa beds as they were that comfortable! The space in apartment is great and the apartment had everything you need.

As mentioned in previous reviews the apartment is hot, we managed by opening all the windows and balcony doors but it might still be too hot for some people so be warned! A plumbing issue, the kitchen sink kept making noises and was blocked/leaking in the morning. Mentioned to front desk who were sending maintenance teams to check.

Spacious and well-maintained apartment with the added convenience of two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I recommend it!

I had one issue with one of the advertised services. Before arrival, I requested (via Booking) to have one of the beds split for an additional one-off fee of £30, as mentioned in the property’s message after booking. Despite confirming this in advance, I was disappointed to find the bed had not been split upon arrival. During my stay, I raised the issue with two staff members at reception, but both denied that such an option even existed. This miscommunication was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The room was beautifully clean, lovely toiletries left and everything we needed (tea, coffee, milk). There was 6 of us staying there with one couple on the sofa bed and there was PLENTY of room and every one of the beds was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Everything was great. The location was a little far away from where we were out but that was poor planning on our part, nothing to do with the accommodation! Something I wasn't aware of was that the person who made the booking must have ID in order to check in, I luckily had mine but don't usually carry it around so I am not sure what we would have done if we didn't have it!
