Everything was very good. The location very comfortable, near new area. Near apartment Tesco express - very comfortable. From the apartment to the centre 20 minutes by metro.

We arrived at 8 a.m in the morning, but could not leave our luggage - this was only one minus of this apartment. I believe that if you check in at 4pm you should give your guests the opportunity to drop off their luggage - you may not be responsible for this, but guests should be able to leave their belongings for a while before check-in - because that unfortunately wastes a day

I liked the location. It was close to the stations. And a supermarket was right next door.

The price was a bit high. The step down from out of the shower to the floor was very high/low, and there was no phone in the apartment to call the front desk. I would need to log any issues or if i had any questions, which would take a while to get a response. And the curtains are so thin that I believe people on the other side of the buildings could look straight at me in the living room...and when I am leaving the bathroom...I guess I cannot walk naked in the apartment. But overall, I liked the apartment.

Great location, beautiful views in the evening, close to Canary Wharf. Clean, with everything you need on site. Good communication with the reception. There’s a playground right outside. A beautiful place! Highly recommend!

Lovely family apartment

Nothing really

The place was spacious, clean, good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a lot of storage space. Conveniently located in Canary Wharf, which is very well connected to all parts of central London. It’s worth mentioning that during our 7 night stay, no one came to clean the apartment or bring new toiletries. To be fair, we didn’t request anything. I am not sure if their policy is to only clean rooms upon request. It didn’t bother us.

The living room/kitchen area smelled strongly of cooking oil. The apartment was too hot and we couldn’t control the temperature. We asked at reception and it appeared to be a building-wide issue. We ended up keeping the windows open the whole time. It helped with the temperature and the oil smell.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected so very spacious for our family of 6 adults. There were 2 large study tables - which was an unexpected bonus and very useful for work from home days. Also lots of groceries stores nearby. Tesco Express literally at the doorstep.

The apartment was well equipped but lacked the extras - like dishwashing liquid, oven mits, sufficient dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc. Minor inconvenience - cos we could easily buy them nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable—it was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the wonderful team at the reception desk, especially Prossy and Flavia. Their warm and friendly customer service truly made my stay extra comfortable. They were always ready to help with any questions or requests, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I’m so grateful for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience—I’ll definitely be back!

The house was so clean and spacious. It was a very enjoyable stay with a wonderful view. If we ever are with 3 or 4 people again we would gladly stay here for both a short stay and a long stay. It was a wonderful time! Lots of space in the living room, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine and two fully equipped bathrooms! Very close to a light rail station and you're in the city center in 20 minutes. We had a lovely time.

The house was ridiculously hot. We opened all the windows to air it out, but the wind made it impossible to leave the windows open unsupervised. We think the neighbours enjoyed a warm place, though. It was around 27 or 28 degrees when we entered the room in december!

The lady at the reception is so friendly and the apartment was very clean and with and the facilities we needed.

The cleaner tried to open our front door around 9am when the check-in supposed to be at 11am and just woke me up then came back at 11am in a rush for us to leave. She was no friendly at all even tho I made sure I left the apartment clean and tidy to not give her too much job, she wasn’t nice to us. But probably was a language barrier as well, who knows.

The location is good with access to DLR. Nearby Tesco. Canary whaft within walking distance. Apartment is spacious and has fabulous views.

Somehwhat confusing sign in requiring id verification. Apartment/flat front door lock entails a slight learning curve and doesn't instill much confidence.Only one key fob, so second key is almost redundant. Building maintenance does not seem to be a high priority as the hallways obviously need vacuuming.
