The Broome is a lovely, comfortable boutique hotel. Our room was small (it's NYC, not complaining!) but comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The inner courtyard felt like a special hideaway and the complimentary breakfast set up was a treat - the staff person who manages the breakfast and makes coffee drinks to order was especially lovely. Bonus is that SoHo Bubble Spa next door is an excellent nail salon where I was able to get a last minute mani/pedi before an event.

The location was super convenient to SoHo, the village, the Lower East Side, etc. but Broome Street itself is a popular route for folks heading to the Holland Tunnel and can turn into a messy and loud traffic jam - heads up to folks planning on relying on Ubers, especially around rush hour.

Perfect location! Very very close to all the shops I want to visit in SOHO area. I can easily drop my shopping bags back to the room, rest and continue the travel. Love it! I had breakfast and coffee in the hotel and feels very much like holiday staying in a place like this.

Very humid for some reason. I washed a t-shirt and hang it in the shower room and it's still wet like it's just been washed. I also feel the sheets were little damp. But that's the only thing I didn't like.

My partner and I stayed in the Penthouse suite for our 8night stay in New York. The room had everything we wanted from good storage, great huge bathroom, fridge, basically everything you can’t find in an nyc accomodation. The breakfast was amazing and coffee was great too. Location was also perfect for our dream soho stay!! The courtyard was great too. We were there in the middle of winter and coming from Australian summer, the temp was freezing for us so we didn’t use it much, but it was great to get some fresh air and also to be able to experience the snow fall on a rooftop 😊

Not sure anything could have been improved.

Hot water volume in room 23 was poor. In asking the front desk what the wifi password was, I was directed to read the letter I had missed in the room instead of just saying "TheBroome!".

We had a wonderful stay at the Broome Hotel! the property is in the heart of My favorite part of the city, central to SOHO, little Italy, Nolita, Greenwhich Village. for just a short two day trip the location couldn’t had been more convenient for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was just enough to start each day, offered in the sweetest Parisian cafe style setting. There is also an open air courtyard that adds a nice touch. Easily found on street parking right in front! it’s not a crazy busy street but still so close to everything. The Broome offered subtle sophistication with an old world touch that is becoming a rare find!

The rooms are a touch small but ceilings high. I actually found it quite cozy.

Have stayed at the Broome previously and came back because of the comfortable, quiet ,safe room space and the delicious breakfast. Feels like a quaint little cafe inside the courtyard, lovely to order the soft boiled egg with truffle salt and crusty bread from Balthazar along with a made to order coffee drink! Thanks again for a pleasant stay!

In a great central location in the heart of soho, but super quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and they kindly let us check in early as the room was already available; was the perfect start to the stay after a morning flight!

The location of this hotel is amazing and staff very willing to help with all aspects of the stay. We loved sitting in the courtyard for breakfast every morning. A quiet haven away from the busy city.

Small European style hotel in the middle of SOHO. Quiet and relaxing. Perfect retreat in a busy city.
