We loved our stay the room had everything we needed for our short stay, it was beautiful, offered amazing city views and it was clean and confortable.

The bathroom was inside the bedroom, which was pretty strange since the room was for 4 people, my father in law had to walk into "my" bedroom to use the bathroom. And the fact that it wasnt quite like pictured, there was no furniture on the outside patio, it played a huge when we booked it because we wanted to lay on the couch and enjoy the night, they provided us with chairs upon request which we appreciated, but it took some of the spark we expected.

Loved the view across Manhattan, I was on the 16th floor. It was such a bonus to actually be able to open a window - so rare these days! Comfortable bed, great touch having an iron and ironing board (not that I needed them but an important detail for many probably), good shower with lovely products and comfortable chair as well as a chair at the dressing table/desk. The restaurant was perfect for me travelling alone and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Only slightly negative comment was that on my last day, for some reason, my room was not made up. It wasn't a problem but......

As mentioned above, on my last day, my room wasn't made up/cleaned. Given the standard of the hotel and the cost, I was surprised and that fell below expectation. Other than that, all good.

Location was amazing. Perfect to walk anywhere in soho. We walked to Washington square park/tribeca/the high line it was awesome. Everyone working here was UNBELIEVABLE. Willing to help and provided great service.

I know it’s not the most expensive hotel in the area but for what you pay I expected a little bit cleaner or room/nicer facilities. The lobby is great and staff is wonderful. But our sink was pretty slow draining so it was a little yucky in there, some of the outlets didn’t work, our king bed had 2 pillows and no fitted sheet. We arrived and the ac had apparently gone out so the room was at 85 degrees when we entered. It took about 30 mins for someone to come up and reset the system and he was super helpful and I know we weren’t the only room having that problem so he was a big help!! We called and the extra pillows were brought promptly. A pool would be a nice facility with the service fee as most of the time I am not coming on a weekend away to use the gym!

The room had the most beautiful sunrise and sunset views over the Manhattan skyline. the check-in was smooth with the staff letting us in at noon, way before check in time. It was a great relief to have it after a long international flight. The gym was nice with the basic machines and we made full use of it. We ate at the restaurant one evening and it was fun in the beautiful outdoor area. The coffee bar has a lot of yummy grab and go options. The lounge area is great to hang out and the bell boys are very helpful. The area is great for shopping, eating out and the choices are endless. The subway is just around the corner and one can pretty much walk all over SoHo and Chinatown from here. It was a wonderful stay.

The room was small though the space was well planned. The wash basin outside the bath is good planning but a bit inconvenient.

Location, location, location. Lovely hotel, pristine bed, super clean bathroom. Everywhere beautiful. Helpful staff. I got a little afraid for the comments about the small room, but I think the room had the perfect size.

Nothing. Just a little renovation, next to the shower the wall was a bit destroyed by possibly the water from the shower, but this small detail got forgotten with the rest of the positive aspects.

View from the room is unparalleled from the 21st Floor. Although 4ppl per room in 2 double beds was tight, we made it work. Location of the hotel is so close to Soho, LES, East Village so super walkable area.

When we got to the room the A/C was broken so they had to send a technician but it was fixed shortly. The shower doors are not conducive to actually showering and soak the whole floor, which required us to use so many towels - seems a bit wasteful. And then the sink piping was leaking on our last night so again, soaking the floor.

wow! best experience we had in New York. I booked the hotel after hearing recommendations from friends, but I didn’t know it would be soooo good. we came to celebrate our honeymoon, and they upgraded us to the room at the 24th floor, and surprise us with champagne and strawberries. the view is amazing, the room is so clean and cozy, the staff is so helpful and nice (especially the doorman and the cleaning staff) and the location- wow! everything you need is just in a short walk of distance. the hotel has good restaurant in it, also a big plus if you tired at night and don’t want to get up and go to other places.

One thing to improve, we didn’t had any water in the minibar and when we called the room service to order we waited more than an hour and still didn’t get the water. finally we got to the restaurant downstairs and bought it on our own.

Staff was amazing. Kind and helpful. Location was great, I loved how quiet Crosby was. Beautiful entry and hotel. We will definitely return.
