The hotel is located 2 blocks away from the subway, that means that you are 20 minutes away pretty much from everywere in NYC. There are also markets to buy food, a couple of blocks away. We arrived the day after Xmas and had a bad first impression of the neighborhood (it was dirty), but then it was great. Always busy and safe. The hotel has a great vibe, with friendly staff, a pool downstairs and complimentary coffee.

I don't think i would stay in it again due to the location. a little far from the things we were doing.

Convenient location to all trains and buses into the city and boroughs. Rooms were cozy and had a dope design. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Did not have a microwave inside room.

The hotel is nice, with good music, nice personnel and a pool table in the lobby, which was a lot of fun. The neighbourhood is ok. The hotel is 200 mts from the subway which is super convenient. There's a great market a block away to buy all sorts of food and drink. We were on the 5th floor and it was quite. We loved the experience.

This may sound silly, but the carpet on the room floor was too worn. The shower door did not close completely but we found a way to avoid the water to drip on the bath floor.

Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The only thing is that the shower pressure could be better, but that is just a detail.

The location in Harlem was great. Near the 125th Street subway station with its express trains. Good restaurants to explore (try nearby Enoteca Harlem!), and the staff was efficient and helpful. the room was comfortable (note the modern open design of the rooms) and the bathroom was sizable with a walk-in shower. The on-site fitness facility is a plus. If coffee is a must, make sure to go to I Like It Black Coffee Shop which is a few blocks away. Will definitely stay here again.

Hot water was slow to deliver (on an upper floor). Entry was down a long flight of outdoor stairs (not at street level).

I didn't eat breakfast there and the location was fine because I wanted to visit Harlem and I went to the Apollo theater and I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant ran by the church a few doors away it was really really economical and I had a lot of fun because I stayed close to where I wanted to go

To be honest with you as beautiful as the decor was to the spirit of Harlem the lobbying was just a little tight and I would have stayed another night but it was a little more expensive than I wanted it to be.

The tv didn’t work all the time as kept disconnecting from Netflix and air con was always hot and made dripping noises other then that lovely hotel

The hotel is very low key and peaceful. The Staff was very helpful and insightful to make sure I had everything I needed . house keeping was very detailed in keeping my space clean when I left my room for the day . come home from work with a refresh room . I love the tv and how it greeted me and had alot of information to share

I stayed and had to rebook through the app three times when once I spend over my four night I should of be able to rebook with a discount . $800 in the hotel stay they should of be able to give me a discount.
