A great option for a few days in Edinburgh if you want to have the flexibility of a small apartment. We were able to shop and have our breakfast each morning. Kitchen was very well laid out including Neff appliances. Apartment was located on the corner of Charlotte Square and Princess St so you are in the heart of things.

The traffic noise but you are in a great location and we got used to it. Also there was no lift which was okay for us but for families or anyone with mobility issues it might not suit.

Great location, right next to Princes Street. Good quality furnishings and comfortable bed and bedding. Studio kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent. Love the high ceilings and grand proportions of the three windows in our studio apartment. View overlooks Princes Street towards the Caledonian Hotel.

It’s location whilst very central is still in a busy working city in an old tenement building. Secondary glazing helps but traffic noise and the busy goings on in any large city is still noticeable. This is to be expected and can still be overlooked due to the excellent accommodation on offer. Nearby ground floor fast food outlet may create noise and aroma but if you like chicken- you’re on a winner. The studio is on the second floor so no real issue. Minor issues I know but still issues.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette. The location was excellent; just a few steps away from Princes Street, the shops, the park is just across the street. The castle and all the sites and the train station are within walking distance of the apartment. There are some lovely reasonably priced restaurants in the area. We will definitely return here on another visit.

There wasn't a wardrobe in the apartment but that wasn't an issue for us - might be for some though. The apartment was on the top floor (three floors) with no lift access so it might be difficult for those who are not that fit.

Great location, near public transportation and within walking distance to the Royal Mile. There are also some excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. It was very clean - spotless - and well stocked. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the apartment, as well as laundry soap for a couple of loads, and a drying rack. The toiletries were very nice, and the towels and shower were excellent. The bed was comfortable. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished.

It happened to be unusually warm the two days we were in Edinburgh, and only one of the two windows in the apartment could open. So it was warmer than we would have liked for sleeping. The other difficulty is that we were on the first floor, right above street level. Because we had the window open to get some air and a slight breeze, we could hear all the carousing going on right beneath our window until 4am. It’s a city location and naturally noisy and busy. We should have asked if we could get a fan from the management, but by the time we thought of it it was too late. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints.

Excellent location, close to many restaurants and shops. Old Town is just a walking distance. Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. Kitchen has utilities. You get check in instructions about a week prior to arrival. No staff on site but there are instructions how to get hold of them if you need them at any point. Will definitely stay with them again and I highly recommend!

It is stated that there is no lift and there nothing that can be done about it considering it is an old building but keep that in mind especially if you're travelling with a lot of luggage. Also if you're arriving before check in time, you can't store your luggage in the property. You can store your luggage at their office, though I didn't because I don't want to walk all the way there and back lugging my bags. There are a number of storage facilities really close by at a small cost so that was handy.

Well laid out in a prime location with everything you could need. Pillows were amazing. Decor was modern and the place light and airy with black out curtains. Good communication about check in/out etc.

I think the signage could be better. Found it a little difficult to find at first. The towels were sufficient and the bath towels large, however, for being high end accommodation, I would expect them to be a bit more fluffy and luxurious instead of thin. The mattress whilst ok. The springs are starting to come through. A topper would make sleep more comfortable.

Great location, well-outfitted kitchen you could actually cook in, washer/dryer, Netflix, excellent internet, a perfect home away from home. Staff let us leave our bags at their office when our flight came in very early, and we even got the apartment an hour or two before check-in as it was ready early. This really helped as we were so tired from the flight. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Even though our window was above Princes Street, we didn’t hear street noises or other guests.

The bed could have been just a little more comfortable - maybe if they added a foam topper that would have really helped.

The flat was beautiful and spacious and located very centrally in Edinburgh. It had everything we needed for our stay.

At 7:30am on the first morning of our stay a random man opened the front door to our apartment and attempted to enter while we were sleeping. I quickly asked him to leave which he did but there is no way to lock the door from the inside to prevent this happening again. It turns out the cleaners had left on the check out note on the door that we hadn't noticed at check in as we arrived late and had our hands full- but would be useful for the cleaners to remove this for new checks to avoid this confusion

The location and the set up of the apartment was great… so handy for all the places we wanted to visit. We catered for ourselves on a couple of evenings because the kitchen was well appointed. There was a problem with the toilet but a quick call to the Letting Agent and the problem was quickly resolved with no inconvenience to ourselves.

Unfortunately one night they were resurfacing the road right outside the apartment throughout the night and it would have carried on the next night too but we were leaving anyway. One of the drawbacks of a city centre location is that you are at the mercy of things outside the control of the Lettings agent.
