Perfect location, 5 min walk to the train station. Lots of bus and tram stops just outside. Great views of the castle and park. Nicely furnished and clean, kitchen has everything you need and good quality neff appliances.

There are a few things that could be improved to make it even better. The WiFi is slow and cuts in and out at times, the speed was around 10mb/s which isn’t fast enough now. It could get a bit noisy at night as it’s right on the main road. However double glazed windows could have help and some of the shutters on the windows had big gaps in which lets in light and doesn’t block the noice as well as they could. Some minor points: The under cabinet lights in the kitchen were broken, one was hanging down. We would have liked another lamp in the living room as the main lights are very bright and the one lamp didn’t feel enough. Cleaners didn’t come as it said in the welcome guide, we had to go buy more toilet paper.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect. Check-in is so easy and convenient. The apartment has great facilities and everything you need is included. It’s very spacious, clean, modern and was honestly perfect. I will 100% book again. The staff are easy to get in touch with and I loved the process of updating guests with everything they need to know prior to check in. This made the trip stress-free and more enjoyable. Although it is in town, it is not that noisy as other comments suggest. Noise levels are what you would expect in a city centre but with the windows closed it’s quite peaceful.

I phoned to confirm if the apartment provided was one of the one’s in the preview picture as I liked the look and design of the space. I was told it was the ‘exact’ space however, when I arrived this was not the case. (Personal preference of the view with floor to ceiling windows which in reality isn’t a big deal but I would have appreciated if they simply said it was unavailable rather than promising an exact apartment and arriving to see a completely different space to what was advised)

It was a beautifully furnished suite with a well equipped kitchen. It was spacious and quiet as we faced onto Fredrick Street vs Princes Street. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely. We had a view of the castle from the side window. We appreciated being able to leave our bags off site until our check in time.

It did have a lot of stairs to the suites which should be clearly described in the information. We are fairly fit and able to manage but it could be a problem for some. I think we counted 44 stairs to the 2nd floor suite. With luggage it could be difficult for some. The bag drop off should also be described as being several blocks from the suite so one could plan for that.

Location, access to old town/ castle , dining options and access to new town. Living space was comfortable and well stocked. Great views of castle day and night ( but on busy street- trade off see below). Princes street has great access to train station ( walking distance) and bus services.

The only thing that needs attention are the windows in the living space . Windows Do not fully seat or seal out any street noice ( normal conversation from passers- by could be easily understood) , not to mention street cars and buses. If you are in for the evening and trying to watch tv - this was a little problematic- turning up volume only goes so far. I will admit I did not call this in to management since there was much to do to fix in the short term. Having said that tv is not the main reason you are there , but a quiet space nonetheless would be a big plus.

This is a great location central to all the main attractions in Edinburgh and right on public transport. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Communication by the staff for getting access was good.

Lack of soundproofing means the apartment is quite noisy. Three flights of stairs with suitcases but we knew there was no elevator. TV had been completely disconnected so had to connect it - small point but shouldn’t have to do it.

The instructions were very clear - we received a code and had no issues with the access to the property. The Apartment is large and well equipped, everything was clean and the utilities were new and fresh. The heating system is great and keeps the apartment cosy and warm. We received a new set of towels after the first 3 days, which was a nice touch. The view is magnificent - we enjoyed drinking coffee/hot chocolate and admiring the castle. The location is excellent - there are few local supermarkets in walking distance, pharmacy on Princess street, just behind the corner, and many more.

The mattress on the bed was not comfortable for us - too hard and had back pain during the whole stay. The shower did not work properly on arrival, so we called the property and they sent a handy-man who dealt with the problem quickly. The windows are hard to open, but with practice, it gets easier ;) Would be nice to add a hanger in the corridor for the jackets. The kitchen needs more of the small daily stuff - there was no salt for example (it is a basic product), no pepper, there was a little sugar, etc. The capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine were not original - bring your own if you prefer.

The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The view from the living room of Edinburgh Castle was amazing, and the location was certainly walkable to the Royal Mile and the train station. The Destiny Scotland office on Thistle St was able to hold our luggage on our arrival day until the apartment ready for us. We were able to catch a Bright Bus to the Airport just up the street .

We wish that the interior doors did not close with such a bang, and that door stops would have been available to keep them open during our stay.

Perfect Castle View. I appreaciate the cleaning of the rooms. There is a nice small coffeemaker in the kitchen. Thank you also coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable. Access is very easy and reachable. Nothing bad. Thank you. I will definetely stay again in my next visiting to Edinburgh.

The price may be more cheaper but still deserved.

The apartment was great. We had everything we needed from an ironing board to kitchen utensils. It was very, very clean and the living area was really comfortable. I also liked that there were finishing touches like paintings, ornaments, and nice cushions it really made the place feel welcoming and homely. And of course, the location and view were just incredible !

Overall, our stay was great. However, I did find the mattress a little lumpy and uncomfortable. I think it could either use a good topper or maybe it's time to be replaced. Overall, though, this was minor, and I would still recommend staying here.

It is central to everything. Easy to get to from the airport via the tram system. Plenty of shops on your doorstep and pubs and a local Chip Shop 2 min walk away. The apartment ia very spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen facilities were modern and easy to use, and cuts down on the eating out bills of a trip.

It was fine for us but will mention there are a lot of steps to get to the 3rd floor. No lift. Please be mindfull of that. But if you don't mind it well worth a stay.
