Housekeeping opened my door without knocking at 9am while I was dressing!

very close to Time Square, the Subway. walking shoes are important!

everything was great except restaurant on site needed to lower prices and have more selection

The beds are very comfortable. Room location was great - overlooked the west side. Shower and tub were good. Elevator was fast. Enjoyed being right off the entrance for the restaurant - very pleasant bar in the Foundary.

Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. It needs lights around the mirror. Toilet did not always flush completely. Lighting in room could have been a bit brighter. WiFi was awful - could never get a good connection, it always said it was insecure and would not go to the internet. I signed up for the BonVoy which was supposed to give me free access to WiFi but it did not. Also - WiFi in this day and age should NOT be something hotels charge for!

Location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and definitely worth 4 stars. The shower was awesome and really hot water. It is LGBTQ friendly and has a rainbow flag flying high. we loved it.

I wish the toilet had a seat cover as it doesn’t. I like closing the seat top at home but that was it for the bathroom. Also I wish there was 2 chairs in the room as it was two people. would have made it easier to eat at the table together, however we improvised. Also the price could be better as it is very expensive.

We were so impressed with the employees specially the one who helped us from the start,Mary Jane.We were so tired coming from a 10 day cruise from Brooklyn terminal and waited almost an hour getting an XL Uber ride. Mary Jane granted our request to have an early check in so we were beyond happy when she told us there was a room with the specification we requested that was available. Going home to California, She also helped us by getting a taxi with a flat rate of $85 from Time Square to JFK airport otherwise we would have waited for another Uber ride that would have charged us 20% more. She was indeed a great blessings to us (2 senior citizens) and all the customers who needed assistance when their need is so great. This is the third time I stayed at this Westin and it will definitely not be the last. Location is perfect and employees are awesome!!!!!

Cant think of anything I didnt like in the Hotel. We ordered food at their bar and people were so cordial, friendly and helpful. The porter who delivered our luggages was so pleasant.
