We were on the 16th floor and luckily it was quiet enough so there was no disturbance from the other rooms or outside. Location is great as its close to 40th and 42nd St Subway entrances and also very close to the Bus Terminal- so getting around was super easy if you are good with walking and using the local transit. Driving is a NO NO. The city roads are way too congested with traffic at all times of the day and taking an uber can be very expensive.

My only grouse was that the heating vent in the room faces the face of the bed and was very loud and noisy. I kept it off as a result for most of my trip

Absolutely nobody trying to help patrons with homeless folks on property grounds I am a New Yorker I understand and feel empathetic for those without a home. At this hotel when using the smoking area near the door behind the plants and front steps, the tall skinny male front desk attendant literally watched as someone tried to force me to open the door for them. Absolutely no back up, or security to just help guests feel a little safer just leaving the building in the early am and late night… when most of those doing leisure travel to Times Square would be out and about during those times. To be struggling and unable to enter my hotel due to homeless harassment while the attendant looked on from outside was INCREDIBLY frustrating and unprofessional.

This property was amazing - perfect location, perfect staff, perfect amenities and perfect service. Everything was perfect! It is the ideal hotel property for business travelers with a $500-700 daily hotel budget. I promise the hotel will exceed your expectations. It feels like a 5th avenue uptown hotel in the middle of time square - no outside noise and great city views Incredible! I will definitely stay at this hotel during my next business travel in NY. NOTE - make sure you select a room with city views and a high floor (both) - if you want the same the hotel experience

The room was an excellent size and the air conditioning was amazing given the temperature in the city was in the 30s so we were very grateful for that. The staff were very lovely and gave lots of recommendations for places to visit. The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk from time square.

The view could have been better, we paid for a city view but it was just of The Times Centre building across the street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I really have nothing negative at all about the experience. Very close to multiple subway stations with many train options. You can get anywhere in the city very easily.

I think we accidentally moved a bottle of water in the fridge and I was charged $18 for it. Never took it out of the fridge, never opened it. Opening the shades required a hard pull of the cords and on day one, the cord broke. Staff did come fix it quickly. The charge and broken cord doesn't change my feeling about the hotel.

The property is very inviting and well maintained. The property is a short walk to Times Square and close to subways/buses. There are many restaurant and street vendors near by as well. Josh was great with scheduling transportation, etc. I can’t brag on the staff enough. My family and I felt welcomed, from security to housekeepers and front desk, everyone was there to assist you in the best way. Awesome stay!

This place is an oasis of calm in a very busy part of the city. If you need to stay midtown I would recommend it. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and bed extremely comfortable.

Nothing wrong with the property. Could’ve done with more storage space to unpack maybe. The surrounding area was busy and there were a lot of homeless, but we never felt unsafe. However, I wouldn’t have gone out on my own late at night.

The staff were all so friendly. The street was blocked off the day we left and a young man named Josh helped us get our luggage down the street and loaded in the car. I also forgot a shirt and the girl I talked to was so nice about it and called me back next day and said housekeeping turned it in and what to do to get it returned to me. Would definitely stay here again!

24 hour gym was a great facility. Two shelves for water and snacks were appropriate.

Housekeeping daily,A welcome note from GM, good telephone directory. In fact the handset remained locked for one day till it was pointed out to Front Desk. Atleast two drawers at waist level to unpack.

Location is excellent for first time in NYC. Room was spacious and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

We had to ask reception for clean towels as Housekeeping didn’t come until 6pm. Also rather expensive per night.
