The location of the hotel was great! It is right in the heart of everything. My family and I felt very safe and secure staying at the Aliz Hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms are small. I also didn’t like the rudeness of one of the hotel staff that called my 73 year old father “stupid” when he asked her for help when we were trying to leave the hotel.

Clean, really good location, size of room was ok for NY, rooms were cleaned daily. Queue for lift was good. We didn’t have to wait for long.

We had a long wait for check in. The bedroom lighting is very dark and we had no view of the city as we were on the 5th floor.

Excellent location - convenient, as clean and safe as NYC allows. Comfortable beds.

The room was tiny, there was no view of anything. The bed was tight for 2 adults. The elevators were always super crowded and busy. The lobby was also very crowded all the time. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was a joke.

Excellent and professional staff. Clean and comfy beds. Some construction outside but excellent overall and great location. Hotel set up our flat rate return transportation with Justin that was exceptional. No hidden fees and able to store luggage easily.

location is great, rooms were decently clean. maintenance had to be called and the man was quick, easy, great to deal with.

we were placed right by the elevator & I’m assuming the room the cleaning staff goes in and out of and unfortunately for us, they were VERY loud. they would slam the door going in and out every morning between 7-9AM.

My family and friends went for a weekend getaway in New York. We had a very pleasant stay at Aliz Hotel. I came with my car, there is a parking lot available at the back of the hotel for $65 for 24 hours. The hotel is ideally located, there is a metro stop less than 500 ft from the hotel and you also have Penn Station with all the major metro lines available less than 5 minutes walk! It’s an ideal location for all the sightseeing activities and shopping. Definitely will be back.

The elevators are a nightmare. We stayed on the 36th floor, better go out early to make it to the lobby!

The Location was walking distance to The Port Authority ,being just around the corner aswell as to the Main Street with lots of eateries & shopping. We also walked to Grand Central Station from here aswell as Brooklyn Bridge , but we did do a Lot of Walking The buffet breakfast at Aliz was good & they also had an area where you could purchase water & snacks plus a bar on the ground floor.

Aliz only had a coffee maker & in enquiring were told they did not provide a jug to boil water for tea, so we purchased one . You also need to purchase fresh milk . There was no compendium to inform their customers as to what was available . When we booked, we saw there was a roof top bar, but this is run seperately & can be unavailable if there’s a private function or if full- you need to wait for availability. We tried once but with no success & our other nights we had booked out so we didn’t get to see it until our last morning where we were given a tour - I can recommend it based on looks & it’s the third most popular Rooftop bar there we were told .

The Aliz is a small but well maintained hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location was great, minutes away from the main areas of New York like Times Square and very close to underground stations and the Port authority bus terminal. Our room had a great view see the picture I've attached.

The room was a little small for 4 people but for a 4 day stay we managed fine. The restaurant was not that lively but you're very close to Times Square so that's not surprising. Other than that, can't complain.

The location is excellent. The view from the room was great. The room is small if you're staying with more than two people however the room is comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The hotel is also very modern.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming. Most of the staff I encountered at the check in desk were lacking in general politeness.

Everything was clean, the rooms were good. enough space.

The hospitality of the staff wasn’t good, most of the time the people didn’t say a thing when you say goodmorning.
