The kitchen was a godsend, being able to whip up a quick breakfast or meal on the cheap. There are multiple grocery stores nearby on 9th. The location is excellent, of course. Staff was polite and helpful. My room had a fantastic view of the Empire State Building and was actually quite spacious, especially when compared to other hotels in the area I stayed at before.

Cleaning could be done a little more conscientiously. Overall the room was clean, but don't look into the corners or harder to reach places. Housekeeping comes once a week (or when you move out, should you stay less than a week). A small supply of trash bags would be appreciated for guests staying longer than a few days. The fixtures in the bathroom were quite loose, with a few screws turning completely free. Nevertheless, overall I really enjoyed my stay at the property.

Room was good, had a little kitchen, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Good wifi and lots of channels on tv. Complimentary laundry was a great bonus. Location is fantastic.

I didnt know that i had to pay deposit and that rooms are cleaned once a week. I asked front desk for extra towels but never got them. Room wasnt cleaned well. Microwave was very dirty inside and carpet wasnt vacuumed properly.

Great location in heart of Time Squares!! All major attractions are within walking distance. Subway station Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue is 5 minutes walk and plenty of eateries, bars, grocery stores and just few blocks to Broadway Theaters. The room had all most all the needed amenities including a kitchenette with large fridge. Our 28th floor room was very quiet, huge plus for light sleepers! . I would definitely stay there again if priced right! Do get NY City Pass for sighseeing at $128 for 5 attractions and also MTA 7 day unlimited use pass for subway and bus use @ $34. Book all the tourist attractions before arriving! TKTS at Time Square on Broadway and 47th street (varying hrs.) sells unsold Broadway Plays for that day at good discount and be ready to stand in line (que) for 40 minutes plus! Bon Voyage!

Wish they keep toaster and water kettle in each room and few more crockery and silverware and diswasher detergent. Wish they had given us a toaster on day 1 instead we got it on second last day after multiple requests and never got water kettle.

No problems at all. Staff very gentle. They helped me several times. I'm thinking come back in a few months. Facility easy handle.

A bottle of water in the refrigarator at the arriving is needed. As well, coffee filters, al least 2. The toaster was dirty.

I liked how clean the room was. The check-in was also seamless, and the location is just 5 minutes away from Times Square. There was a kitchenette but I was not able to use this.

I liked that they had snacks and beverages to buy.

They did not provide a sponge or dishwashing liquid I had to ask for it in order to wash dishes for the next person staying.

Excellent room with city view as promised. Ample soft, fluffy towels. The position was great, just far enough away from the madness of Times Square but near enough to be able to walk to most attractions. We could see The Empire State Building and The Edge from our window. Toiletries were Dove, so very good quality. Take away coffee facilities were fabulous if you didn't want to use your room ones, and situated in a room where you could also buy snacks and other food and drinks.

Dishwasher but no tablets. Larger bins needed in the kitchen area.

The hotel was in a good location close to Times Square, the Theatre District & Hop On Hop Off bus stops. There are supermarkets within walking distance. Rooms not serviced but extra towels provided when asked for. Toilet stopped flushing on 2 occasions and staff were quick to respond and fix it. The free laundry was an added benefit for us even though you may have to wait for a washing machine to become available.

There are a few people sleeping rough in the area but is the case for many cities these days. We didn’t feel threatened at all but may be different for a single lady.

This room was an exceptional value. Although not huge, and the view was only partial, the kitchette area was extremely well-appointed, with everything that one would need for a short stay, including refrigerator, stove, dish washer, garbage disposal, dishes, etc. There was even an iron and ironing board. So this made is an exceptional value, probably because the international tourists haven't yet returned, which will likely drive the prices back up. I also appreciated the option of both the bathtub and the shower. And there were free laundry facilities available as well.

The room was very basic, with nothing special or welcoming in terms of decor. Also, the TV only had about 23 channels, which really isn't good in this day and age. The area is a little bit on the outskirts of Hell's Kitchen as well, so it's an okay area but not exceptional.

Check-in was a breeze with the younger gentleman behind the desk. The room had plenty of space, and the desk was big with plenty of storage available. The bed was very comfortable. The stove and large refrigerator in the kitchenette were great for leftovers and groceries. It was nice to finish each day with a complimentary bottle of water. The lobby was clean.

One of the elevators was out of order for a day or two, but when it's working, it goes fast. If you make the water in the shower too hot, it starts to make loud noises at you until you turn down the temperature. You can hear this when it happens to your neighbors. The TV channels weren't programmed properly. It said it was HBO but it was really Showtime, etc.
