The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was neat and organized, the breakfast was good and breakfast area always kept clean. The location is close to time square and Broadway.

For first time visitors in NYC, I would not recommend staying near times square / Broadway, the streets around and were the hotel is located, is filthy and many drug addicts around. Nothing against the hotel is just the area that needs some extra care.

location, close to the metro. large room, large bed, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, friendly and helpful staff (reception and dining room), staff always smiling, silence, delicious salsa. there were no problems with the elevator (you didn't have to wait long)

repetitive breakfasts (almost the same every day - change of one or two ingredients. no cheese, cold meats, vegetables, etc.), poor lighting in the room

Good value for money. One of the best stays on Manhattan under $300 per night. Breakfast at the hotel is good, and you dont have to run around Midtown looking for coffee at 7 am.

Location is... NYC. This is a messy part of Manhattan, and NOT in a good sense. Homeless crowds, gangs, loud fighting on the streets at night, all of that all around. Add a bus terminal across the street into the mix and figure out the rest.

Location was excellent.The breakfast was different everyday and loads to choose from. The staff were really nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Very Good location . Rooms are OK for NY standard. Breakfast is included and there is a bit of a queue in the morning but staff are quite helpful and managed to seat people quick enough.

The room is excellent—very clean, spacious by Manhattan standards, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, making the experience even better. Breakfast can be a bit busy during peak hours, but the wait for a table is usually short. Going early in the morning is a good way to ensure a more enjoyable breakfast experience. The area around the hotel isn’t the most attractive, but overall, the location is excellent for anyone looking to explore Manhattan and enjoy everything the city has to offer. I recommend it for its great value and convenience!

Clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Particularly one man in the evenings, don’t know his name but he called an Italian restaurant for us quite late in the evening after 10pm when we wanted somewhere nice to eat after a whole day Black Friday shopping. He went over and above and called them, made a reservation at mamma Mia’s for us around the corner and we had the most delicious Italian meal. He also recommended beer authority for a few drinks just up the road which was also a great experience. We are sorry we didn’t say goodbye and thankyou to you because you weren’t working when we left on Saturday afternoon.

In fact everything: very friendly staff, whether at reception or at breakfast. Everyone does everything to make the guests feel comfortable. We were even allowed to have breakfast free of charge on the first day because we were there so early. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and on our second visit there a few days later we even had a room with a view of the Empire State Building 😍 The breakfast is very good and you can even take a packed lunch with you. The location on Times Square was of course also brilliant😉 I could go on like this forever, but in short, the hotel was one of the best we've stayed in! Check-in was very late for us at 4pm, as we were there at 8am. But only because of our individual situation.

very convenient location ie 5 mins walk to Times Square plus quiet at night away from the traffic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a decent hotel, rooms very clean and maid service every day.

lifts in the hotel were hit and miss ie you could wait up to 20 mins in the morning for one especially if u where high up plus they kept breaking down. Breakfast was also hit and miss probably due to the large numbers going through at any one time. Normally you would have to queue up plus I'm not a big fan of cardboard plates and plastic cutlery but probably just to speed things up fair enough.
