The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The location to the subway station on the same street and the proximity to Times Square and other attractions is particularly noteworthy.

In the room description, the French double bed was stated to be about 130-150 cm. In reality, however, it was only a 120 cm bed. We managed well with that, but the description should be adjusted accordingly.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were incredibly nice. Bed and pillows were so comfy, shower was nice and powerful. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Safe, fridge and coffee machine. Great quality wifi.

Reception area quite small and cold, due to the automatic doors. Queues for the lift also cluttered the lobby. Only two elevators to service 32 floors, often meaning long waits at busy times. Free tea and coffee in the lobby but no stirrers for sugar?! After room service only certain things got replaced - like we got more coffee but no more creamer or sugar. Only 2 cups provided for three of us.

We really enjoyed our staying at Delta Hotel. Beautiful hotel, room with perfect size for a couple, neat and extremely clean. Bed really comfortable.

Staff could be more friendly and welcoming in the reception. My apartment door was knocked three times by housekeepers and opened once close to 11pm while I was getting into the shower, advising us that our check out was due soon. Note - check out time 12 pm and therefore we still had one hour prior check out. We also paid extra for check in earlier which could have been taken into account.

Location, comfort and room size, good price

Cleaning staff always lack something. It was fine overall but every time they cleaned it was one thing which wasn't done like - not clean mat on the bathroom floor, no cups etc. But it was ok in total

The hotel is in a great location in terms of access to the sites of the city and subway. You can reach many sites by foot. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was modern with a very large TV and a large bed. Our room looked into a back alley and this meant it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and it was good value for money. We will likely stay again when back in New york.

If you are a nervous person the area does have a lot of homeless people and sometimes visable drug use near the hotel. I didnt personally feel unsafe at any time but its worth noting. We had to wait quite a while for check in as there was only one receptionist and it must have been busier than expected. It would have been helpful if there was a vending machine in the hotel. There was also works going on at the entrance to the hotel which made us nervous when we arrived as it looked all boarded up and dingy so perhaps a heads up about the works would have been good.

The room was clean and a great size. A lot bigger then most in the area. The staff were very friendly, they even kept our luggage for us when we had checked out so we could still sightsee. There was coffee provided in the lobby which was very thoughtful.

The elevator was small and took a long time before it arrived.

location is amazing! Heating/ cooling was pretty good in the room. The view was amazing, could see Empire State from my room.

The room itself is nothing special, no amenities, no slipers, no water. Those are basic things that every hotel should provide. Hotel smelled like weed. And the worst thing by far was elevator. I waited almost 30 min to get down for my check out. Elevator stops on every floor so by the time it came to 30-th floor, where my room was located, it was full and I couldn’t go down by stairs with luggage. Very frustrating!

Good location to stay and is nearby many good stores, close to the subway, times square, groceries.

Our stay at Delta was exactly what we needed. The room is big, never felt cramped even with our 4 piece luggage, the bed was huge and comfy, there was a small fridge and a coffee maker as well as a water machine on our floor. It was an absolute pleasure to get back after all the long days of sightseeing and resting. The stuff was also very polite greeting us always when entering or leaving the hotel and when a technical issue arose with the TV it was solved in a timely manner by their very polite technician. Daily room cleaning and towel change if desired and finally the location was perfect, 2' on foot from the subway.

The bathroom was spacious too and even though there is nothing holding the water when showering we didn't face any significant problem with that, the towel was enough so no issues there. What was a bit awkward was that the bathroom door couldn't be closed completely making using the bathroom a bit difficult with the other person in the room. Finally the street the hotel is on could be considered a bit sketchy but we never felt in any kind of danger or unsafe in any way.
