The location is superb. Just a blink away from Rundle Mall and The University of Adelaide. It is also near tram station (which is most likely free), so easy and convenient to travel within the city. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. We really love the facilities like washing machines and dryer (very helpful since we stay 4 days for meetings), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and all cooking utensils are in good condition. We got apartment in 12th floor, and the views is awesome. The owner and Grace, the housekeeper also very helpful.

The location was perfect, nice view. Close to everything, great restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, the washing machine & and dryer came in handy. The handover was easy, and the bond was refunded after contacting the bank to release it, just as Ian said. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking at $30 per day is a bit much. No shampoo or conditioner is provided. Advertising on booking.com said to pay on arrival, yet payment in full was taken out as soon as I confirmed the booking.

The apartment itself was awesome... Has a fantastic view and through booking. Com an excellent price. Absolutely love the location and cleanliness.. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again

Being told half an hour b4 arriving that I had to put a $250 deposit on even though I had paid in advance and in full... AM eagerly waiting it's return to my bank 😂....and the other thing was doing the dealing in the car park!! I just found it odd... However I believe it's run like an air b n b but in a lock of rented apartments ... Not a hotel... Still absolutely perfect for our needs

we enjoyed the amazing views the apartment had to offer, the location was very convenient to shops, restaurants. nice and clean. the beds could have been bigger, they were ok in comfort.

the checking in process was very unprofessional. Our fob didn’t work and we got stuck in the lift which was quite traumatic for our children.

There was much to love about Realm RNR Apartments. Exceptional service from Ian for check-in (happy to meet us at 10.30pm after our unexpected delay of 1.5hours) and check-out, to the location (a skip and a jump to Rundle Mall), to the spacious accommodation with marvellous and incredibly high views across the city toward The Festival Theatre, to the fact that all rooms had views and balconies or doors that opened to allow airflow - a must for me, to the comfortable beds and pillows, to lots of cupboard space in the entire apartment, to the spacious shower with the fantastic shower head, to the large kitchen with everything hidden, ie fridge and with everything you need in a kitchen, to the 2 sofa's, larger TV and glass dining table with 4 chairs, to the large plants to make it feel more like home. One of the leather sofa's showed signs of wear which in these days of recycling and not needing to be brand new was fine with us. Cushions on the sofa and a nice blanket would cover the issue and make the apartment more homely for some but as I said, not an issue for us. We LOVED the rooftop Spa, Steam room and Sauna and the Gym was amazing, with high tech machines, rock climbing walls and a weight room too. The people staying/living at RNR were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the service from Ian and would definitely stay at RNR Realm again. We have stayed at various Hotels and Apartments in Adelaide and whilst lovely and with good views etc, nothing as great as the RNR. Now having found the RNR this will be our home away from home.

It was perfect for us. If I had to say something was that there wasn't a coffee table. However a small glass (to match the dining table) occasional table in between the sofa's would work. It was a shame the pool was not available during our stay but we will definitely love it when we come back.

The apartment was very clean & spacious. The balcony and the view was amazing. Will definitely stay here again. A skip and a jump to Rundle Mall literally. Easy to get to via public transportation. It was really cold outside but really cozy inside with the heating and couldn't hear any traffic considering you are in the city.

supposed to check in at 2 pm but had to wait for 30 mins for someone to give me the key cause the cleaning was behind the schedule. could have told us to come a bit late so we could look around instead of waiting in a lounge. but the lady was nice and friendly so now its all good 😁

The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to a lot of sites we wanted to see and we were also right beside the tram, for free city tram travel. The apartment had everything we needed, and Grace was extremely helpful on check-in and during our stay. Thank you

The bedding seemed like it could use a new lease of life (clean sheets but dirty doona, torn mattress, underneath) - I do agree with other reviews that the apartment wasn't as clean as it should be, but overall it met our needs and we were happy with our stay.

The location was perfect! We were able to use the nearby tram for travel around the city. It was close to Rundle Mall for shopping. Our host was very friendly and helpful with good communication.

We were extremely satisfied with our accomodation. No complaints whatsoever.

Location was perfect. I was able to check in earlier than 2pm and the owner was professional and accommodating.

The only minor downside was one couch, the leather was peeling off. Didnt affect our stay though.
