Everything was more than wonderful, from receptionists to cleaners, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, downtown, surrounded by all the vital locations, transportation, malls, mosque, restaurants, cafes. Unforgettable experience 😍

Excellent value for money, lovely and warm (temperature was controllable), clean, reasonably well kitted out, plenty of tea, coffee and even some milk sachets, friendly woman on reception when I arrived.

Walls were fairly thin so it was rather noisy, although there were lots of signs urging people to be quiet after hours and to be fair most people were considerate most of the time. As the apartment slept two people, I suppose it was expected that there would be only two sets of crockery and cutlery, but it was a bit irritating not to have spare bowls for fruit etc. The reception desk was rarely manned during my stay, so I think it was well worthwhile to warn them of my arrival time.

Umer from the reception was helpful and nice before the check-in via Booking messaging providing us with all the required information prior to the check-in. When we checked in, he offered us a free upgrade from the 2 bedroom-apartment that we had booked to a top floor suite with a balcony. The suite was comfy enough for one night, although the bedrooms were quite small (the beds take most of the room and there isn’t much space left to walk around). The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were clean and good size. Sleepers would be useful as the flooring can get cold in winter.

The sofa in the living room was rather small (a 2 seater) and not extendable. The coffee machine was tricky to use despite the manual available. There were no spare pillows and duvets. The 2 TVs in the 2 bedrooms were not working, only the TV in the living room was functional. The recommended car park is really close if you walk up to it (2 minutes) but complicated to drive to from the apartment building (it’s normally 5-8 minute drive, but on the day we checked in some roads on the route were closed, so it took us nearly half an hour to get to the car park from the property). Not necessarily the property’s staff fault, but a heads-up that it’s not that close as you may think if you want to drive to it).

My experience with Quay Apartments was amazing from start to finish. First of all, the location is fantastic with lots of amenities within short walking distance. Which makes the very reasonable price stand out as everything else was a lot more expensive in comparison. I was over from Northern Ireland to watch the football with my son (his first time), my brother in law and his son. We arrived a lot earlier than check in time and wanted to drop our bags off before heading to the stadium. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the desk called Nejma. She was so polite and explained everything so well. She made a fuss over my son and put a big smile on his face! The apartment itself was absolutely everything we needed. Two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, living area and two bathrooms. Everything was so clean and the beds were super comfy and we all had a great sleep. So all of this was amazing enough, but due to our super early flight back home the next day, I was in a rush and I left my son's little purse (containing £30) in the room. Nejma phoned me that evening to tell me about it and that she would post it over to us - free of charge as they'd take care of the postage because she wanted to 'take care of little Charlie' (his name was on the purse!) She was so pleasant yet again and I was blown away by the fact she wanted to go above and beyond to help us. I received the purse and money a couple of days later. So I want to say this - Nejma from Quay Apartments is a wonderful person and you need to stay there just to visit her alone 😄 We will be staying there again for our next trip for sure 👍🏻

The Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after long days out. The location couldn’t have been better within walking distance to the arcade, a variety of restaurants, and the Manchester shopping center. The room sizes were spacious especially the ensuite room, providing plenty of comfort, while the living area was cozy. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, equipped with everything needed. It truly felt like a home away from home!

There wasn’t much to dislike, apart from the shower temperature occasionally fluctuating from hot to cold without any adjustments being made.

I've stayed at the manchester Quay apartments several times, and the only time i've been upset is when I have not been able to book. Location is exactly where I want to be for my shopping and food needs. It's less than a minutes walk to the best bars and pubs on offer in the northern quarter, but somehow, on one of the quietest streets. Nejma on the front desk is without doubt the friendliest and most helpful person you could wish for and is reason enough to book here. I've stayed at a few places within stones throw and none of which come close to the Quay apartments unless you want to pay double for less.

Manchester is amazing. The apartment was very close to shops, pubs, the trams, and the train station, so much to do and see. The Staff were awesome, really friendly,

Unfortunately, the hot water ran out halfway running the bath so we had to get help to boost the heating which took another 40 minutes to warm which didnt last long enough, So sadly we had to use the kettle to make it warm enough. The other issue was we had a toilet seat that was nearly falling off the toilet. The Staff were informed the first night we were there.

The location was great in the heart of the northern quarter. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Reception staff were very friendly. I would stay again and recommend to others wanting a city centre location. Not the cheapest for an overnight stay, but the price is reflected in apartment size.

There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Door off hinges on built-in wardrobe. The shower tray in en suite was very slow to drain, and the mechanical extraction took a long time to cleat steam. Doors to balcony from living space need adjusted, although double glazed road noise was clear to hear. Chains on window blinds are broken (which is common as they are not very robust).

Friendly staff. As I was meeting friends there, a room was arranged for me on their floor. It was cleaned very thoroughly. The apartments are well located and within easy walking distance of both railway stations. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the locality.

My room was above a street that was full of restaurants and consequently noisy throughout the night with people, tables being moved (outside tables as road is a pedestrian one), rubbish being removed etc. (It's probably quieter in winter when the weather is cold!)

It was just amazing, with all the amenities, comfiness, cleanliness, and exceptionally clean interior. There were many amenities which you normally dont find in other places like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron, hair dryer etc. Aside from these, the room was quite spacious. The entrance is safe and equipped with one tap smart lock, and there is an elevator too for easy access to the rooms on 2nd 3rd or 4th floors.

They never informed in ad about getting a security deposit of £200 which they actually collected from me at the reception, which is refundable, but still, after 3 days of my stay, I haven't received. The parking is also for separate payments. Intercom in the room wasn't working. Reception staff leave the hotel at 11pm and then there is nobody there at reception till the morning just in case you need anything.
