The hotel is located at the heart of Seoul, with the entrance to 2 metro lines at your doorstep. Although an older facility, it's well maintained from an aesthetic perspective and the stuff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was great, too.

As mentioned above, it's an older facility and during our stay we had extremely cold temperatures. The heating in our room was struggling because the windows were old and cold air could get in. Also, there is zero soundproofing, we could hear people talking in the room right next to us.

Great location, with many transports near including the bus to Incheon airport. The room was of a decent size and the bed was quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of offer.

Bathroom. It should get some renovation. It's a bit old and the shower was clogged taking long time to the water go down.

I appreciate the Location of the Hotel in the Center of the City, near subway and near Lotte score The welcome and kindness of the Staff have been very good The room hasa very comfortable bed and a long desk with enough sockets, but no wardrobe. The spacious meeting room with a magnificent view, at the 31th floor.

I didn't like having to change lifts every day to get to the meeting room, I would have liked to be near the meeting room located on 31th floor as I was on the other side on 12th floor. The smell in the room, after the daily cleaning, is not really pleasant. It would be a good idea to change the cleaning product and/or deodorise the air conditioning. The room lacks storage space for clothes for long stays (> 7 days). I had to use the desk and bed drawers to store my underwear.

When we arrived it was raining heavily and the hotel staff assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. We were in the hotel for about a week and it is really excellent. The hotel is in a great location near the City Hall and near the Deoksugung Palace, and is also within walking distance of Myeongdong Market and several metro stations and one bus stop. Next to the hotel there is a convenience store cu. The hotel itself has a laundry room with a dryer which was really convenient. The room itself was spacious with a spectacular view of Seoul, the bed was comfortable and we received 2 bottles of water every day, The staff was lovely and responded to all our requests immediately. In the first bookings we will return to this hotel on the next trip, we really enjoyed our stay there.

A small drawback - there were many social events in the town hall and the glass is not hermetic for hearing

The location was superb.Close to the metro station and also just 1 station to Seoul Main Station. There were also a lot of bus stops arround the hotel The room was big and spacious. The bathroom also. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The price/vaulue ratio were very good. They got a money exchange machine in the lobby. It was a big surprise for me but it is working and offer a resonable exchange rate.

These things are not realy bad or wrong I just mention it to help the other travellers. The stuff was active and helpful but they speak less english, so for the communication we used the google translate. The windows of the room were and older model.I think aluminium.They were less sound proof and thermal insulated what mondern technology can do but they were ok. In the bathroom there were no motorized ventilation system just a mechanical one,just a ventilation hole on the ceiling. Despite these Hotel President was an excellent choice.

The overhead shower and bathroom overall was very good. Lovely to have two bottles of water replenished each day, as well as throurgh cleaning of the rooms each day or when we requested it The access to a 24hour laundry facility, as well as ironing facility was fabulous.

It would have been good to have more variety at breakfast, the Asian option was the same rotation every 2-3 days, and the cold options the same each day. It would have been nice to have a communial area within the hotel that we could use and relax in instead of our room, although there is two chairs and a small table in the room, having another space would have been nice The lighting in the room wasn't great, there was only small up lights in the ceiling, and two bedside lamps so getting ready was difficult.

This a great, reasonably priced and centrally located hotel. It is within walking distance of several palaces, Myeongdong’s shopping streets and Namsan Park. It’s also very close to a Line 1 and Line 2 metro station. Our rooms (we stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip to Korea) had gorgeous views over City Hall. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second trip to Korea and we always stay here whilst in Seoul as it ticks every box for us.

We stayed here twice on this trip. There are two banks of elevators in this hotel: one set for floors 18+ and the other set serving floors 2-17. Our first room was on a very high floor with the dedicated guest room elevators. Our second room was on a lower level (16th floor) and we found that access to the elevator took much longer because it stops at all the floors which are not part of the hotel (the lower floors are dedicated to offices and a bank I believe) because of employees and visitors visiting these offices. Guest room floors are only accessible with a key card, so guest safety is not in question. So perhaps ask for a high floor if you feel the lift situation might irritate you. It isn’t something we would have noticed, if we hadn’t stayed in a higher floor first during our trip.

The location of this hotel is superb. Right above a metro station and entries right out the front. Across the road is City Hall with a huge grassed area where various entertainment takes place throughout the year. Nearby, only walking distance to ancient Deoksugung Palace, Lotte Department store (which when we where there had a fabulous Christmas display) and walking distance to Namdaemun Market. Great selection of food locally as well, both high end and McDonalds and Starbucks therefore didn't need to eat at hotel. Staff were really attentive and helpful, despite low English levels.

the room I stayed had recent renovation. (recommend to book with deluxe option!) I think they renovated the bathroom, which was nice, but I got the one without the bath tub, that was a bummer. Location is great! easy access to transportations, walk distance to convenience stores, diners, and tour spots.

There will be a LOT of activities going on during the weekend, so if you're there for resting, I wouldn't recommend, cuz the building isn't great for noise proof. I could hear literally everything from the outside once people started using mics. not sure why they didn't think about replacing the carpet. the carpet was dirty when I first checked in. facility itself is very old, so don't expect too much of it. I was expecting an iron to be available in the room, but they don't. little tip to business-purpose people.
