Great location. Great customer service. First of all I was upgraded to the top floor, which was very nice. Then Alina helped me get an extra two nights at late notice and was able to organise an early check in. The room is spacious and has everything you need. On the last morning my shower wouldn't turn on. I rang the emergency line and within 15 mins Sanket had organised for me to access another apartment to take a shower. It was a great response to a maintenance problem. I've stayed before and I'll stay again. It's such a great find in the centre of London.

The beds are tiny. Great for one person. A squeeze for two.

I had some issues with getting the code on the day of arrival as I was travelling from another country and the customer service reps for Crane Court were very kind to promptly reply with instructions and alternatives to my panicky emails. Once in London, getting the code worked as it should. The location of the apartment was perfect, there were multiple coffee shops within a short distance and we walked everywhere from there. There are multiple public transport stations very nearby as well. It was great to be able to do a wash of clothes in the apartment as we primarily walked and wake up to them being all dry (washer/dryer combo was a sweet surprise!)

The courtyard can get very loud at night and it's hard to ignore the noise while in the apartment. Some soundproofing maybe required in the apartment. Separately the bathroom has a bit of a mold issue, the exhaust fan doesn't seem to suck out the humidity very well, but this maybe a location issue in general (I come from a drier climate).

Wonderful cozy apartment supported by a fantastic team of dedicated professionals. The flat is specious, with lots of natural light, fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything one may need. Meticulously prepared for our stay, sparkling clean and stocked with all the consumables. The flat is right of Fleet Street, but because of the courtyard location it is very quiet. What really set this place apart was the team of most amazing people making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to accommodate us. Mr. George in particular was so very helpful to us with storing our luggage before check in and after checkout. We really can’t say enough about how well the place is run, how responsive was the team at all hours. This feels like a world-class place and we will be back for sure. Thank you for having us.

Excellent location in central London, easy walking distance to everything you needed.And easy to use public transport to get around ( heaps of tourist sites within a few minutes - it was great to be in central London) The room was a good size and well layer out. Good kitchen and laundry facilities as we travelling for a month so a few nights here was great. I highly recommend Crane Court

The only hassle we had was using the app to check in. It kept on kicking us out. Eventually it worked and we got the door code. I managed to contact them direct for help when we were struggling and they were very helpful ensuring we got in. Overall I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was perfect! The room was very clean, which was fantastic. It had everything we needed, including washing machine/dryer. The bed was maybe a bit soft and a tad small, but it was fine. George who met us was lovely and very helpful and Andreea who managed the property was also lovely and responded to emails very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for me. The flat was clean and more than suitable for my needs.

There is a rule about not getting make up on the white towels, otherwise you will be hit with a £100 fine. They provide make up remover, but it is an extortionate amount of money to pay for a towel. I don't wear make up but I can see this adding a level of stress for some people. I only used minimal cutlery and mugs whilst on my stay which was too little to go in the dishwasher. I would suggest leaving a cloth and some washing up liquid as an alternative option.

Perfect location, quiet and clean. Next door to 2 coffee shops with great food choices, 5 min walk to St Paul's train station and 5 min walk to supermarket. Close to all sightseeing attractions. Bonus was washing/dryer machine in room. Only issue we had- no reception/front desk, and is self check in, so you need data/email to check in for entry codes. The host was very helpful. I just was not aware of this feature when I booked.

I was not aware of self check in, which initially was an issue. Also, there are steps within the room to be aware of, especially at night.

This is a great place to stay and explore main attractions on foot. It's perfect for couple, realy felt like home far from home. Self check-in worked perfectly, management was very helpfull and had no problem with storing our luggage before/after check-in.

There was not much of natural light since the window is looking at the interior of the building and the shelves for clothing are too naroow. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory and met our expectations.

This property is in a very good location and is very balanced in terms of price and bone. It's an apartment hotel, there are dishes, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an iron - so it's suitable for a long stay. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly and offered help first. There was a sense of security. If you are traveling for work, this is a very good option for you. I can recommend this property for a stay in central London

The disadvantages are that the bed is very small (queen size) and it is very short in length. If your height is 180 cm or more, then your legs will hang off the bed :))) For two people who are slightly larger than a standard size, this bed will be too small. Take this into account when choosing this place.

The location was excellent, quite central, so you could walk to Covent Garden or Trafalgar square. The property has an elevator, which is quite handy. These are serviced apartments with a kitchen, table and sofa, which gives you more comfort than a hotel room. The place was clean and the staff responded very quickly when I had a problem with the check in system.

The price is quite high, since these are not luxury flats. The self-check in system did not work for me, but I was lucky the staff was available and they were very nice and quick to sort it out. There is no staff at the property, you need to contact them by email or phone. The dishwasher did not work either, but it was not a problem for me since I didn't have to use it.
