The staff was fine, especially the cleaners, they were nice and polite. Some staff at room order services are a bit grumpy, one time noone even answered me even the call was through, just lots of people talking loudly on the other end. However, that's understandable because of the pressure they face every day. The front desk staff is a varied experience, some was friendly and some look like they weren't expecting you to ask them about checking out, again that's ok too. Overall, still like the staff's effort under a stressful environment. The room was clean and wel-lit, in fact, so far the only 4 stars hotel I find that is bright enough for me to work. Toilet and bathroom were nice and clean, sanitary products were provided fully, even gave me toothbrushes when requested. Very accommodating.
The bed is so uncomfortable. I booked a king room and I suspected the bed was joined by two or something, they tried to stuck lots of sheets in the middle, but still, the mattress wasn't good. Hard to get a good night sleep. The food is just so so, chicken burger isn't great, very bland. The lift wasn't fast enough and pretty small. Also very confusing when sometimes one side works and one doesn't. Spring water wasn't provided every day like other 4 stars hotels. TV remote was a bit stiff The phone has to unplug and plug again for it to work. Air conditioning's fan was really loud, even startled me at night.

Everything about this hotel was good. Check in was swift and welcoming. A big double room was clean on arrival, especially the bathroom. Expected inclusion of cupboard to hang clothes, iron, safe etc Bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows - very important. The shower itself deserves a 5 star rating. Check out was just as swift. Quiet in the nights around this area, when i stayed here.
A bit further out of the city than expected, for a traveller. I decided to walk from Piccadilly train station to the Hyatt. It took almost 30 minutes, not the best of ideas, with two heavy bags. I found a a taxi company that were very reasonable and reliant and used them to travel back and forth to the hotel. But it was quiet around this area. I would have given a 10 rating had it not been for my breakfast experience. Due to a busy schedule I requested breakfast in the room, 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later I had to call again and state that if its not ready to cancel. It was at my room within 5 minutes. This disrupted my schedule and I had to rush to get ready. Plus, the breakfast was cold. This was disappointing and let the hotel down.

Room was immaculate. Bed was sooo comfy. Breakfast was lovely, as was lunch and dinner. All priced well too. Staff also sorted us with a taxi when we needed to get somewhere. Hotel was also decorated beautifully for Christmas. On the first night, I was feeling unwell with a chesty cold, and a member of your staff (Kelly) made me a pot of hot water with honey, lemon, cinnamon and brown sugar in - it was a true saviour! I felt so much better the next day that she made it again for me whilst I was having breakfast. It was such a kind, thoughtful gesture and Kelly really looked after us both. Thank you so much!
Checking in at 3 was a bit of a nightmare: three long queues, only to get to the front at 3:30 to be told our room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. The staff were apologetic and helpful sorting us another room out, as we had places to be so couldn’t wait 45 mins for our original room. I’d suggest maybe an earlier check out time than 12pm so that the staff can sort the rooms in time, otherwise it’s a fairly quick turnaround. It isn’t something that would deter me from staying again, but it just might need a tweak - it definitely wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have plans with times we had to adhere to!

Loved the cocktail menu. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Bathroom was lovely, nice shower. Everywhere was clean and looked very festive. Service in the restaurant was very good.
Duvet was rough on my skin. Also for a "full service" hotel, I don't expect to get my own tea and coffee. I would have liked teas, coffee, toast brought to the table. Also milk on the table would have been better. In the restaurant people were eating of both the bar and restaurant menus, whilst we only had the option of the restaurant menu, which is to be expected in the restaurant, so why use both? And why not give everyone that option?

The modern style of the place and how clean and tidy and fresh looking it is. Efficient and friendly staff and great facilities in the room and finished to a high standard. We both didn't want to leave the shower once in it. We only used the hotel as somewhere to rest overnight after travelling and being at a live event all evening. We will definitely be back and definitely plan to stay longer. Now we know what a wonderful hotel this is. We really do look forward to coming back, staying for longer, and using more of the facilities, for example, the bar and restaurant 😀
The pillows, we both found them uncomfortable and no option to change them in the room. Would of been helpful had there been a spare pair in the room offering different levels of firmness. Admittedly we didn't check in until almost midnight and was very tired so didn't try to speak with anyone about possible pillow changes and defo wouldn't mark the hotel down for this as we understand it's down to personal comfort and not an actual issue / fault. We will definitely look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and will not let this put us off

The hotel was easy to access by car without having to navigate the city centre and with parking right next door (chargeable but decent rate). We were upgraded on arrival and the room was spotless, fantastic facilities and to my delight plenty of decaffeinated coffee in the room (which is rare). Breakfast has a fantastic selection (hot and cold) although my partner had a croissant which was very stale and inedible but all other pastries were delicious so may have just been pot luck. Staff were helpful and kind during the stay and made sure we were seated promptly for breakfast even though it was very busy when we arrived.
No real complaints with the hotel, it was clean, great location and peaceful at night for a good night's rest. The only complaint if you could call it that would be for catering to check the pastries to ensure these are fresh/edible. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

The staff was exceptionally good. Very friendly and helpful. They made you feel special. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got us the room earlier, as soon as it was ready. 10/10 for cleanliness of the hotel. When we moved in the room we realised air-conditioning was not working. However, the hotel staff acted swiftly and shifted us to another room. The room was good size. It was comfortable in every way. Had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping centre (Arndale) and a cinema too if you are in a mood to watch movie. It's 25 minutes walk from Wilmslow road in case you're interested in middle eastern/indian/pakistani food. The overall standard of the hotel and exceptional service of the staff was second to none.

Our check-in experience was incredibly smooth, with the staff taking care of our bags and guiding us directly to our room. Throughout our stay, the entire team was exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the bar staff. Their hospitality truly enhanced our visit, making it a memorable stay
The only drawback to this location is the parking situation. The hotel does not provide parking, but there is paid parking available right behind the hotel, which is convenient albeit an additional cost.

Hotel was very impressive on arrival and lovely welcoming staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms and lovely and modern too. Best breakfast I’ve ever eaten in a hotel. There was so much choice, very clean and tidy restaurant and well organised. The staff were always there to help and lots of them too. Always smiling and extremely friendly. We had a great experience at the Hyatt.
Nothing our stay from beginning to end was much better than I expected taking into account what we paid. The staff were friendly and smiley which we love. Especially Andrea, not sure if that’s how she spelt her name but she was brilliant. She made a huge effort to chat to us on quite a few occasions and she was very professional.

We were only booked for one night but I can say that the staff were very helpful, polite, kind, smartly dressed, and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Big white fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers. Bathroom was modern and high quality with luxurious Hand & Body wash. Facilities were of a high standard. Carefully thought about lighting and the huge floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. The breakfast selection was exceptional, beautiful food, staff attentive but not pushy. The hotel just felt luxurious throughout. Thank you all very much for making our stay so memorable. We shall definitely be staying again.
There was nothing we didn't like. There was no car park if I was to be picky, but there was a perfectly good multi storey car park nearby.
