Breakfast had a wide and excellent choice, very fresh and replenished frequently and staff alway to hand. Nice to see for those concerned a Gluten free choice. Coffee at breakfast needs a little improvement, I had to buy a decent coffee, but the fresh orange juice compensated. I didn't have dinner as meeting up with family and friends. Initially, my single room was dreadful, but after speaking to reception they promptly moved me to a lovely room on an upper floor and I'm thankful to Mayumi for seeing to this; She's a real asset to the hotel, kind caring and compassionate.

Breakfast coffee, so overall it was an excellent stay. Staff are brilliant

The staff and their professional attitude and helpfulness, especially to our children would make us return. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in the UK with so much choice, care and rotation. Excellent location and proximity to city centre.

The swimming pool and leisure facilities were too small (photos very misleading) and not all facilities (steam room not working for the duration of our stay). My husband cut his foot in the pool due to a sharp edge and notified staff who assisted in providing support (bandage). In the family room in the bathroom.tge heated towel rail was hanging off the wall with broken fixtures in situ (we had warn our children not to touch thisl The desk chair had a lot of padding hanging off (needs replacing). Kingsize bed had double sized covers, The same with the sofa bed.

- Ideally situated for the airport (quiet considering location) and as a base to explore Norwich and surrounding area. - Nice bar and restaurant area, v bright and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice lunch where kids ate free - Lots of staff available on site all of whom were helpful and friendly. - Facilities included swimming pool and sauna / steam room plus gym.

- Despite being really spacious, our room was overly hot despite being able to use a fan. - The changing areas for the swimming pool / gym are in need of some TLC, as mould throughout doors and frames and in shower cubicles with roof tiles dislodged.

The room had a few broken items such as the wardrobe door, towel rail. It was an adapted room which didn't suit us, toilet was too high for children to get on, shower tray/curtain didn't keep water in so bathroom became slippery. There wasn't a travel cot which was ticked at booking. The sausages at dinner/breakfast were not fully cooked and tasted horrible

Very clean comfatable rooms.. good house keeping. I spent 5 nights. My room temprature controller was not working well. but they did their best to fix it and provided seperate heaters and even offer me to change my room. Food was tasty. They gave me a executive room and it had a expreso maker, electric kettle, iron and a hair dryer. Location is also good. Macdonalds and tesco express is located in walking distance.

Having the same breakfat menu every day. They need to consider on changing the breakfast menu every other day at least to make a variety for the long staying guests. Not providing drinking water bottles. So buy your own before going.

The pool was great and the fact the kids could use it any time was perfect for us and everyone so welcoming of the children

The red emergency cords hanging downs in our room - which must have been a disabled access room were a bit tricky - seemed they could easily be tangled and pulled by accident so a better method for hanging them so accessible but not in the way would be a good idea. Breakfast was great but the coffee machine was broken and the coffee we were given when we asked for flat white/cappuccino tasted burnt from over roasted beans - very bitter.

Breakfast was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, absolutely fine, The room was comfortable but we could have done with some drawer space. We had dinner one night, 3 adults and a child and it was what we expected and we were all happy with our meals. The swimming pool was a big hit, especially with our 3 year old grandson. It was lovely and warm, which was a bonus. The staff were very helful and accommodating at check in as we had made a mistake in our booking with one of the rooms.

The changing rooms were cold and need looking at as you need more than 2 cubicles in the women's and doors not curtains as people keep trying to pull the curtain while you are attempting to change. In the men;s changing rooms there is no privacy at all which is really not acceptable. This was a shame because the pool itself was lovely.

The room was spacious, the beds were soooooo comfortable and I loved the black out curtains. Didn't even particularly hear the airport noise 👍 I'm gluten free and was very impressed with the choice available and the separate area for preparation and cooking of toast too with separate toaster, it's really hard to make people understand how difficult it is putting trust in someone when you react badly to food which makes you ill for days so it set me up well for a busy and long day for my nephew's wedding ☺️

On my last morning the mushrooms at breakfast were dirty (they were very small so we're probably not left in water long enough for the compost to come out of the closed cap) and the dirt ended up mixed in my beans

Very clean especially toilets, easy to find location dog friendly and kid friendly even though I didn’t have either it was nice to see! Breakfast very clean and tidy and restocked, reception team went above and beyond to help us with our travels to a wedding and bar very cosy. Room nice size, towels available on request and staff very attentive

The one and only downfall was the toilet kept running water out for about and hour after being flushed and in the night I thought the tap had been left on! Room 209

Comfy bed, ace bathroom, great food, and fab atmosphere. Pool is small but not too many children when we went in, great hot tub - both facilities my parents loved! On the whole staff were absolutely amazing, a real credit to the hotel, especially the lady in charge of the restaurant & bar on our last night. Complimentary biscuits on the bar were a big must!

One member of the reception staff decided to tell us that our dog must be kept on a lead at all times, and went on and on about how people don't like dogs - I can only presume she doesn't like them. This is not stated in any communication with us, nor did anyone else tell us this during our stay, and we have a Dalmatian who generally avoids people as he doesn't want to be fussed! There was just no need, especially as the reception and lobby were totally empty. Maverick is always close to us or on the lead, especially when near children. This ruined what would have been an outstanding weekend, celebrating my son's birthday. There are no grounds to walk around. My son did not realise he had to put his VRN into the machine and ended up with a parking ticket 😫
