The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. You have an amazing view from the bed and the bath. Ideal for relax!

Amazing location, a bit far from the city center but as we rented a bike from the hotel we could easily accommodate ourselves. Amazing views and very aesthetic decoration of the rooms. The highlight is the mountain facing bath tab for full relaxation

A lot of breakfast options , however they didn't fit my breakfast style. I would prefer more fresh and raw options: fruits, salads, vegetables. The majority of the options were cooked/fried.

The view is amaaazing here. You could see paddy field and cable cars to Fansipan here. Nicely decorated room with comfortable beds, good breakfast and also very helpful staffs. They are very helpful in recommending activities and also offer ride services to places too. (Please ask for the price first and see if it fits your budget).

The road leading to the lodge is pretty bad and bumpy, there are many potholes, it makes me feel sorry to the Grab drivers that are picking us up. But the lodge is still reachable by even small cars, so that won't be a problem if you are not the one driving 🙈

It has a fantastic unblocked view of the rice terraces, we went in August and hence caught the best views of the rice fields in full harvest! The room is as per photos as well, very cosy and clean. As location of the ecolodge is far from town, its quiet at night and suitable for good rest. The staff can arrange private trekking tours as well as calling cabs for you to go into town and other attractions - though take note that it takes some time for these cabs to reach due to how far away it is from town - around 10-15mins very bumpy drive.

The only thing about the room was the hot water for the bathtub, the shower head used to fill up the bathtub could not get hot at all, unlike the other shower heads, its was quite weird but we ended up not using the bathtub because of that. Food at the restaurant is very mediocre as well, breakfast spread is not the best too. Would recommend to have your meals in town if possible. In-room massage was not good, the masseuse were not dressed professionally (they came in jeans and crop tops) and did not cover our beds with towels. Other than that, its all good - please be aware that youre okay with the location if you are considering this place!

Daytime receptionists can speak perfect english. They were nice, friendly, and provided a lot of helpful information during our stay. The lodge looks so beautiful. Decoration and everything is just beautiful! We asked the reception for scooter hire and they got one delivered to the lodge (15 minutes ride from town). The ride from town was very fun, being smooth curves in some places and bumpy in others. There is a great little local village at the back of the hotel. There is also a great stone carving workshop a few hundred meters up the road towards town. Every service that’s been organized by the reception has been really successful and smooth.

Air conditioning did produce heat when you stand underneath it, but the room was still very cold with it on over the night. We had it on 30 degrees. I found it odd that there was no tissue box in the room at all. The only place that has tissues or like, is the bathroom.

The place is stunning, the rooms have a beautiful view and are very comfortable although slightly smaller than what the pictures make out to be, but thats normally the case. The lobby/restaurant area is also beautiful and there is a fireplace you can cozy up at when its cold. The Pho Bo is the best thing on the menu, we didn't really eat much else!

The road from Sapa city center to Sin Chai Ecolodge is under maintenance and so it was a bit annoying getting to and fro. If the roads are done it wouldn't be too much of an issue though so hopefully they'll be done soon! Takes about 15-20 minutes with the roadworks.

The facility it's self was fantastic, the room was amazing and beneficial that it has a restaurant attached. Also only a short walk down to Cat Cat Village. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and most importantly a great view!

The location is far from town and as I stayed during non peak time the shuttle that I was told about during booking was not actually running. The cost to get to the hotel is 500,000VND each way so you need to plan your travel wisely. Also the road to get to the hotel is currently in poor condition.

The room, the bath and view from the room & bath were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is great, in calm area and close by the Cat Cat village!

The western options for breakfast could be improved. We booked a tour through the hotel and realized afterwards that we have been charged around 1million VND extra simply for booking through the Hotel which was an unpleasant discovery… So we would recommend the hotel for sure! But you should book your tour yourself and avoid extra (unnecessary) cost.

Very helpful staff, gorgeous rooms and amazing bathrooms with a view.

The location is slightly remote but this makes for a very peaceful stay.

The views of the countryside and Mt Fansipan are great. The staff have good English and are very helpful. They helped us arrange taxi rides and pick ups from the train station. The pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast is delicious. They can also do lunch and dinner.

We thought the 2 bedroom house would have shared one house. But it was essentially 2 separate apartments which was less than ideal for a family of 4.
