About the hotel: The hotel is in a really good location. So you will be in the middle of Manhattan. There is a brand new Whole Foods market en fairway market close by. There bought we our breakfast or at Starbucks that was also really close by. The staff were very friendly. Also what I heard when they spoke to other guests. We arrived on thursday (left on wednesday) and asked on Saturday and Monday roomcleaning (new towels, empty garbage). For us was that perfect! Very plus: close to the reception there you could get water, tea and coffee to take away for free! About the room: we booked the kingsize room and the size was really good. The room was clean, aircondition worked really good and there was a small fridge in the room. Really happy with that! We had room 1701!

it was a great location! the beds were a bit uncomfortable for me but that’s totally personal opinion my husband and kid slept well lol the view from our room was lovely. it was really clean. the staff was sooo AMAZING and accommodating. there was a parade and I had left the hospital to check out the room while my son was having surgery and I was having trouble getting back to check out so the staff was amazing they said it’s OK I will extend your check out and I just ended up having them take the stuff out of the room and they were so helpful and so nice. kudos to them! stayed November 10/11 2022

The location was perfect for me, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, and there was a selection of different pillows to find something that works for me. Overall, the room had a cozy feel to it, and despite some minor details, I truly enjoyed my stay!

I chose a room with a king bed, and it took up most of the bedroom area. There wasn't much space around it. It seemed too tight to try and roll out my yoga mat to exercise. Another thing is that I was under the impression there would be breakfast available (although not included in the pricing), but the selection of items downstairs was very modest - quick bites rather than proper breakfast.

It provided everything I needed. I don’t have anything negative to add about the property. Booking.com however tried to scam me for more money. After I booked I received a notification that I needed to upgrade my room, at a cost, for air conditioning. I called the hotel and ALL of the rooms have air conditioning. Initially I almost upgraded because who wants a hotel room without air conditioning. I’m glad I called the hotel. I can’t say that I will be using Booking. Com again.

Excellent staff, very helpful the entire stay (reception, facilities service, house keeping, etc.). Even after checkout, the staff was extremely service oriented, storing luggage until the end of the day and allowing us to freshen up, have a coffee and wait for our taxi (arranged by hotel). Perfect location, in a great neighborhood, with easy subway excess and great food options all around. Great rooms, we had the quietest stay with best sleep here in NY (compared to 5 other hotels during our trip).

Great location and easy access to a lot of places in NY. The staff was very helpful, we got there very early and they provided a place for our bags for only $1. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. We were 3 people so it was enough for us, I think in 4 people the room might be a little on the small side. They also have a dinning area that you can bring in your own food and eat there.

I wish the room had a little fridge to be able to have some snacks around and cold water. But honestly it wasn't a deal breaker

This is a "value hotel", and not a fancy hotel. As such, it does not have the lobby facilities or other facilities of a full service hotel. That said- for a decent hotel room in NYC in a very central location, this was good value for money. The rooms are very nice, new and very clean and well kept. But they are on the smaller side, but still ok.

The location is brilliant, very central to all sightseeing spots. The breakfast was extra but you can fill up on plenty from cooked breakfast to waffles, yoghurt and cereals. The staff were incredibly helpful. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby when you come in from the cold. The beds are very comfy.

There was quite a bit of noise from the vents in the rooms and the windows were very chilly (the curtains are thin so don’t insulate) but we were there at a very cold time and the heating in the room is good. Would’ve liked a coat hook for our wet coats.
