We stood 5 nights in this Hotel. The room was really clean. The Wi-Fi wasn't that good, we had some issues with the connection. The bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent. The doors and walls are really thin, we had some problems to sleep, because of the noise in the hallway. The service was excellent and kind.

The "best of NY food" deli nearby was great. We went there every morning for breakfast and got iced coffee and bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The Korean bar downstairs right outside was great. The prosecco was delicious, and the soup dumplings were phenomenal. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful with holding luggage.

The rooftop bar was a little odd, it seems like they were profiling based on age and outfit for who they let in. It was a little odd my sister, Grandma, and I were turned away but the next couple was let in without reservations. It was advertised as a rooftop bar/grill but seemed more like a nightclub. Still cool for younger people who dress the par!

Front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice considering how little I paid (though the size is more appropriate for a solo traveler, not a couple). Location was fantastic, Fulton Street subway with a ton of major lines and PATH within walking distance. Never felt unsafe although there was quite a bit of construction going on around the area.

The wifi was slow during peak hours (but perfectly fine at night). One of the three elevators wasn’t working and the other two were very tiny so, at peak hours (like checkout) I had to take the exit stairs down five storeys instead because the elevator would take five minutes to come and by the time it got to my floor it would be full.

As expected of a full-service hotel, everything was proper. Complementary tea and coffee, good housekeeping, good staff, good facilities. The location is great too.

The room is a tad small. If you have 2 people with their own luggage each, practically there is very little space to move. Also, there is a table but not chair. Not really great if you have to work during your stay.

Really nice comfy hotel room for a weary traveller. Super king bed was oh so comfy all to myself! Daily cleaning was done impeccably. Large TV for entertainment was a great bonus. Shower and bathroom facilities were good and they kept my luggage on my departure day so I could fit in some extra exploring. Location was really good, found a beautiful sunny spot overlooking Brooklyn Bridge plenty of subway stations but also easy to walk around.

The location was perfect and near to a lot of landmarks in NY you can reach walking , like statue of liberty and world trade center and Brooklyn bridge and all other landmarks are 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. a lot of facilities are a walk from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable as a point of rest and start for the trips.

The room was little small comparing other hotels but was ok for one person.

The location was excellent although construction work was going on opposite but that won't last forever. The room was a little compact but again it is central New York so no real surprise. Bed very comfortable.

Our shower door didn't close properly and after a fire alarm was triggered in error nobody came to open the fire door on the 15th floor. The area outside the hotel (appreciating that the hotel could do nothing about it) is a little off-putting.

Reception desk staff were all outstanding, the friendliest, accomodating and genuinely pleasant I've experienced from any hotel in a very long time. Comfy beds, lots of pillows and towels. Delighted by how how close we were to the wonderful South Street Seaport area, great place to dine, enjoy East River views. Short walk to Brooklyn Bridge promenade was also nice.

Bring ear plugs if light sleeper. Room doors are noisy, rather loud when neighbors down hall shut them. Construction in the area on weekdays. Sides of desk/shelf area could use a deep vacuuming. No fridge or microwave in rooms.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Air Conditioning worked well. Linens were crisp. Location is excellent for WTC, Seaport, Oculus, and everything downtown. Nobu is right there.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The only comment I have is that the adjacent restaurant, Golden Wuish, has lovely decor and staff but the lunch I ate there did not live up to the price. Not saying it was horrible, just overpriced for what was offered.

My stay was really pleasant, nice, and amazing. I really enjoyed it. The staff is super kind, helpful, lovable, and always ready for assisting you as well for giving you advice. Definitely I would recommend this hotel for a holiday. The position is strategical because it's in the center of Manhattan, it's close to several subway lines stations. To me it was very easy to reach every part of the city. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable.
