The staff is super friendly and eager to help. The room looked very great though it gets cold at night, a duvet would have been great here! Giving it an 8 as it still was a great experience with a great bathroom and central location

Duvets would be very nice. Only one hair dryer for the entire hotel. Bed was not the most comfy

Loved the pool, it is nice and quiet to come to after a hot day at the beach. The hotel is new so the accommodations are nice and clean.

Had a difficult time accessing the wifi but I believe that is also common on the island. Lack of extra towels in the room.

Amazing little paradise, right away from the center to not hear the sound but still within a 5 minute walk. Pool in the shadows is genius for cooling down (you can have a bench in the sun if you want.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The room decor was simple but nice. Very comfortable bed.

The club music across the street goes till midnight. No chance of sleeping before then.

The decor was authentic. Good location. Rooms with AC. Nice pool area but needed more chairs.

The room was too sparsely furnished. The unpainted cement felt dark and almost like a jail cell. Better lightening might have helped. There needed to be a better closet, hooks to hang towels or clothing, a chair in the room would have been nice. It could have been more sound proof. Doors slamming and people talking late at night and early in the morning disrupted sleep. House keeping could have been better. Mirror obliviously hadn’t been cleaned, an empty water bottle was under the bed, a cockroach was in the shower. The bar was never open so we did not receive our free welcome drinks. We spent an evening around the pool but no bar service was a disappointment.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

It was lacking in facilities, no full length mirror, nothing to put your bag on, no fridge. Wifi was patchy (went 48 hours without it), wasn’t an island issue as other places had wifi. There was also an issue with the concrete floor in the bedroom, it would secrete water through the concrete so the bedroom floor was always a bit wet. There is also no insulation in the walls so a lot of noise from outside, whether it be music at the hotel across the road until after midnight. Or the cleaner banging around at 7am every morning outside the rooms. Was fine for the price but improvements could be made.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big, comfortable bed. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was great for cooling down, and while the location was just okay, nothing is far on Isla Holbox, so it worked well for us. Had also many nice breakfast/brunch places close by.

While the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, it could use more furniture, like a chair, to place belongings on. The biggest downside was the noise from a nearby hostel/bar, which plays loud music—light sleepers should bring earplugs.
