Beautiful apartments, modern and clean. Loved having the smart tv! So many hotels miss out on this. Close to everything. Breakfast being included was so handy. The restaurant staff were so nice! Pool and gym access. Will be back.

Only took off one point for the receptionist who checked me in seeming a bit annoyed that I asked about the deposit as I genuinely did not see it in the messages. And also not having basic things like salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen :/ as I can’t buy a large one for 3 days stay.

A great clean cosy studio apartment with a panoramic city view, equipped with all mod cons including a washing machine, microwave, oven, normal oven hob, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and all cutlery plates and cooking utensils as well as a designated area for a sofa to watch a modern flat screen TV, And plenty of storage for your clothes. Close to all amenities and not far from the coach station. There is also access to a pool and gym.

There should be more emphasis placed on the benefits of picking a reservation time at check in for breakfast to avoid the breakfast queues especially if you have to leave at a specific time to get a coach or train. It would be good to give customers the customers to book breakfast reservation times on checking in. None the less the quality of the food and service by the staff serving breakfast was excellent. Also customers should be informed in advance that there is a safety deposit on checking in of £100 which is returnable to their account 5-10 days after departure to allow customers to budget for this in advance and make an informed decision of whether they can afford this or not and make alternative arrangements.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfectly situated near Selfridges Manchester, Exchange Square, and an array of coffee shops, malls, and a supermarket. Decent parking options are available at nearby paid Q-Parks. The bus stop is right outside, and the tram station is just a 7-minute walk away. Breakfast is offered by Embankment Kitchen Restaurant, conveniently located in the lobby. The staff was friendly, and the room contained most of what you may need.

The air conditioner was not working, and although reception attempted to address it, they mentioned it required an off-site maintenance team that would only be available after our check-out. Additionally, the swimming pool was out of service.

Excellent location, rooms were really nice and had all amenities needed, pool and gym an added bonus, and the Embankment restaurant is absolutely amazing, would defo stay here again even if it was to taste the food again, the steaks we got were delicious as was the tomato garlic bread, we did enjoy the 30% Restaurant January offer for this though but delicious anyways

Nothing really, just one slight hiccup with the parking, where we had to wait 15 mins for the concierge to let us out, after having to go back to reception to tell them we are still waiting, but we had no problems the other couple of times we needed to be let out during our weekend stay

The location is great for the city and transport links. The bar and restaurant were very nicely designed and the a-la-carte breakfast was very good. Pool was long enough to swim in, and hot tub was suitably hot! Kitchenette in room was useful. Check in was smooth. Service was good. Overall happy with the experience and would stay again.

The cleanliness of the room was passable and not worthy of a complaint but could be better if they're looking for areas to improve. Understand why there isn't housekeeping every day but access to a vacuum would help. Changing facilities in pool were a bit limited. Oh, and no conditioner in room as advertised so do take your own.

The location was great and so was our room, spacious, well equipped, nice big private bathroom. Breakfast was nice on the first day, later we had issues, the pool and hot tub are also very good.

Communication with the staff was not good, we were not notified about everything and I don't mean about the surprise request for deposit, I mean about the pool working hours, breakfast time and reservation, this was especially annoying since they had problems with gas in the kitchen so people piled up and were sent back to return in one hour. The oven was not very clean there were visible marks of usage on the grill. The lockers on the pool were not looking and there were no instructions on how to turn on the hot tub.

No fresh towels daily. Would have expected min clean eg; new towel, bed made for c£200 a night

The staff at the location were really nice and friendly, got in with no complications and it took a maximum of 5 minutes from entry to check in and get to the room. The room itself was amazingly cozy and felt homely from the second we walked in.

Unfortunately the oven in the room we stayed in was a little broken, we also walked in to cutlery still being dirty. There was also not enough cooking equipment for someone who really enjoys to cook good meals but there was enough to get us through our stay. The dryer setting on the washing machine also was not drying our clothes.

Great location, relaxing environment in the middle of the city, great facilities (especially the pool as it’s is a huge plus for me to be able to swim), everything I needed in my studio which was very comfortable and I was glad to get back to, and work in - and an excellent breakfast service

I had a few issues which I had to call in help for: my fridge was turned off when I arrived and I didn’t notice until the next morning, the light bulb in the living room lamp was unscrewed and in the pool shower room the shower gel and shampoo had run out. I did report all of these to reception and they were very efficiently resolved so there were no real problems. A slightly more thorough check on the room (and pool toiletries) between people would have caught those easily.

Breakfast contained much variety and it was pleasant to be served at the table. Much better than a smorgasbord when so much food is left on plates. The menu had plenty on offer. Dinner also had a long menu and the pie with vegetables was delicious! The drinks list was extensive. Prices were comparable. Every staff member I spoke to was very polite,helpful and friendly with a charming manner..they are to be complimented as it's a very big place with many guests to attend to...thank you from an Australian who left Manchester feeling satisfied.

Room maintenance was a little lacking as the curtains couldn’t be closed as the curtain rod was off it's bracket.
