Tv randomly broke and had to pay £100 deposit which was never told about so be prepared

I've stayed here before. The location is great - in a non-busy area just 5 mins walk from the cathedral and city centre. Also a 10inute walk from Victoria station. Pool and gym are something I like to use when possible, so they were a selling point for me. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning again soon.

TV could be improved by having Netflix and Youtube etc. but you can do Screen Mirroring from your phone, so that is a workaround. My room on this occasion was next to a street where they were replacing the pavement, so there was noise in the day, but that was just unfortunate and it wasn't that noticeable once the windows were closed. I didn't ask to change rooms, but I imagine I could have done if I'd asked. I believe you can also pay a bit more to guarantee a room on the higher floors. Finally, a tip for drivers - the multistorey car park is £18 per day. But if you use a car park app such as Just Park you can find cheaper car parking nearby.

Location was great and the apartment is nice.

Reception never answered the phone and charged us for toiletries and tea bags by the looks of it. If I needed anything I had to go down to reception as the communication from them via WhatsApp was also very poor. Also I was double charged for parking so be aware of this.

Everything, the reception is excellent and the rooms are clean and wide, the breakfast is excellent, the location is great close to the center and the shopping street as well as the shopping malls, I will definitely return to him again.

Great location with a less than 5 minute walk to The Printworks, Vue Cinema, Shudehill, Victoria station, and directly opposite Harvey Nichols. The studio apartment was...spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all mod cons.... everything you need and more... even a scourer and washing up liquid ... gorgeous full-size shampoo, soap, and shower gel... big fluffy bath towels ... really comfortable bed... heated towel rail in the bathroom with a huge rainforest shower ... big.. modern smart tv...fridge and freezer... oven, hob, and microwave are absolutely perfect..... The 24 gym was superb, and so was the pool, hot tub, and steam room...all very clean and bright with loads of towels. The ala carte breakfast in the restaurant next door was perfect.... food delicious, juices, coffee... on repeat, really tasty full English breakfast with extras ... a very extensive menu, so many hot and cold options.... lovely attentive staff. The timings are from 7 til midday and we booked a 9 am slot both days.....Thetr ia ample comfortable seating and prompt service, nothing was too much trouble...we were very impressed...... a much better way to start the day instead of a lukewarm buffet and DIY toast...

Leaving... could've stayed there so much longer and have rebooked for 4 nights in October. .

Great location, everything very clean and loved the kitchenette for a bit of home cooking. Good freezer and fridge storage space. Comfy mattress and decent soundproofing apart from doors slamming in the corridor. Great bathroom/shower and lighting was good throughout the room for both bright and mood levels. Breakfast included was a real bonus and a pretty decent selection.

No tea towel for drying the washing up, no sieve or colander for draining pots, no draining rack for washing up drying either. Wardrobe space was cramped as coats/shirts couldn’t hang properly because of underlying storage. Pillows weren’t the comfiest for me personally. TV has no connectivity for any streaming or casting from phones or internet generally which was disappointing. Proper nespresso pods for the coffee machine would be great as those current pods taste awful.

Studio suite was excellent - very well furnished and equipped...warm, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Public areas were also very well appointed.. Location ideal for a stay in central Manchester.

Apart from two helpful receptionists, majority of reception staff were very offhand, gave a strong impression that dealing with guests was beneath them and that they were doing guests a great favour by condescending to speak to them- not a great first impression when arriving or when asking for information. They would benefit from a little more customer service training. A pity, because the housekeeping staff were great - friendly and helpful.

Was a nice place to stay but it wasn’t 5star as advertised

The location was excellent for visiting Manchester. Central with shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Facilities in room were excellent we stayed in a studio which was a good size with kitchen facilities including cooker hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. Table and chairs also in the room with comfortable settee and large TV. Bed was super comfy and lovely large shower in bathroom. We had breakfast included which was in citysuites one but was no trouble walking across to the restaurant. Great choice of food for breakfast all waiter service. Lovely pool with jacuzzi and steam room and gym facilities too. Would definitely stay again. Secure car parking available too right next door to hotel at discounted price.

I just wanted to say thank you for our lovely stay at the apartment. The check-in experience was great, and all the front office staff were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding—truly a highlight! The service was excellent, with everything being table service. The waiter gave us such a warm welcome and clearly explained how everything worked. The food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend booking breakfast when staying at the apartment to avoid disappointment. The surroundings were also excellent, adding to the overall experience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay
