I love the place. We stayed their for 3 days and 2 nights. It is very clean and comfortable. The staffs were very accommodating, approachable, and friendly. They exceeded our expectations. They have clean rooms and bathrooms. The pictures on this site is the same when you are already there. Since we availed the breakfast option for our room, we enjoyed their simple yet delicious breakfast buffet. We're very pleased for their service. Highly recommended once you go to Sa Pa, Vietnam. We will definitely stay to this hotel when we go back to Vietnam.

Not noisy despite it next to the road. The best of all is the staff service. Ms Hanna who help us to check help to give us some guide and offer to book our Fansipan tix which make it more convenient for us. Early the morning when we weren’t sure if Fansipan would have clear weather, she quickly showed us the early morning pictures of the beautiful sunrise and clear sky at Fansipan top which helps to reassure us. Additionally, one of my friend was unwell, she was able to help process the refund and check in on her as well. And finally, she bother to text me when she found one of my hubby fun ring and wanted to help return to us. Her service is top notch, not forgetting her warmth smile too!! Thank you !

The water heater is a little difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

Staff was friendly and didn’t come across as fake, they were also very helpful. You can always trust them for advice or prices of things around. The place is tucked away from the chaos and it has a clear view into the mountains if you choose mountain view

There is a cemetery next door. Though it comes very handy because it is the path you’d have to take if you want to go trekking or exploring. The other direction takes you in town. hot water is probably an issue, at night I’d have to have the tap run for 2 minutes before the hot water comes out. could also have higher pressure

Nothing in relation to the hotel. Sa Pa is a well-known tourist spot in Vietnam and can be intense when navigating the local souvenir street vendors

Great loaction. This hotel was a not directly in the center, so not loud, but center was easy to reach by a 10 min walk. The whole staff was amazingly friendly. They helped us with proposals what to visit, with scooter rental and transfer organisation. Breakfast was very good. We arrived at 10am and we could already check in (room was ready) at no extra cost. At our last day, we could leave our luggage, the use of a shower was offered and we received a "survival pack" (water, banana and a sweet pastry) for our transfer to Lao Cai. Thanks again to the whole staff! We can clearly recommend the "My Gallery Boutique Hotel & Spa".

OMG thank you for the best nights sleep I have had so far in my 2 months of travelling Asia so far. Very clean as it’s new. Location is down a hill so if you struggle to walk, you may want to stay closer to the main town where it’s a bit flatter. Keep the cleanness up while it’s new and easier to do and you will do a lot better with foreigners unlike most of the accommodation in Vietnam.

When I turned up of the early AM train, reception didn’t say hello, first thing she said and quite unfriendly at me ‘we are full you cannot check in’. Literally was not what I was going to ask, I was going to ask if I could store my luggage while I went out on a day tour. I also ordered some ice, the guy said he would bring it up. 1.5hrs later I had to call again as it did not arrive and a tiny glass turned up, so customer service could be improved. Breakfast could be improved along with breakfast times, it finishes too early. Another guest I was talking to said the same.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room is clean and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The hotel facilities look very new and well decorated. The staffs (particularly Lucie) are incredibly helpful with all information we need for the trip and also taxi booking for us. The breakfast provides good options too. Location wise, the hotel is decent. It locates 1km away from centre which is walkable. Else, you could grab an electric car to go to the centre in 5 minutes (costs 10,000 VND pp).

beautiful and spacious room. Bed was very comfy. Excellent buffet breakfast, we really enjoyed this. Location - very close to moana and pao sapa. Walkable to City center. Lucy and all the staff are very caring and attentive. She set up our Day activity for Glass Bridge and she got us a Taxi driver who will take us on our other tours we booked for ourselves. It was very convenient and we had a nice driver who shared the fruit he is eating to us haha! Lucy even gave us food to bring on the bus when we check out. That was lovely!!!

This was such a lovely place to stay for our penultimate stop in Vietnam. Gemme, the receptionist, went above and beyond to help us out and give us local recommendations. We rented a scooter here and headed out into the countryside which only took a matter of around 15 minutes. It is slightly further out of the main town which meant that it was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms were great and the beds were unbelievably comfortable.

Everything was great - we didn't get a view of the Sa Pa hills but think this was just bad luck. Maybe specify if you did want this view.

Good hotel at the edge of the Sapa madness. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not soundproof so it can get noisy but manageable. We were glad we booked the "garden view" (there's no garden) side as the mountain view is facing the main road where the honking never stops. We worked from the room as well as the lobby, wifi was quite fast and stable. Breakfast was great, with many options you can choose from every day. The best part are the staff who were all very professional, welcoming and helpful. Both the ladies and gentleman on the reception repeatedly checked on us, helped us with taxi when needed and we felt they genuinely cared. Thank you

We had an issue with hot water but the staff immediately fixed it and kept offering another room should we need.
