Warm and Nice stay here! Location is the best, convenient to everywhere, easy to restaurants and booking center. Room is warm and tidy, space is more than I expected, enough for two of us. Bed is comfortable as well, also have some facility to cook our food. Will definitely be back next year!!!

The facilities were great, super comfy, we were upgraded so it was a plus. The kitchenette was complete, they even had an electric pan. The bathroom had a bath spa, really noce touch for an anniversary. The staff was nice, even though we had a bit of a difficulty communicating as the person in charge didnt speak English, but they made it work. Super friendly. It was a lovely stay!

The carpet was a bit dirty, not properly cleaned and the wi fi is not good. We really struggled to have a proper connection.

The hostel is very close to the bus stop, restaurants, and convenience stores, making everything very convenient. The room is clean, and the bed is soft and comfortable. If you need to do laundry, you can pay 6 dollars to use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. The receptionist at the hostel is a young Chinese man who is very enthusiastic, and he is happy to answer any questions we have.

Very clean and tidy, bed was so comfortable, walking distance to town, parking right outside unit, views of mountains, very pretty with snow in top. Grocery store in town. Would stay again

No information pack re hotel facilities, eg TV channels, nearby restaurants with menus would be helpful, also to say there is a grocery store nearby. There was a booklet re sightseeing places

The hotel is in the middle of town. When we arrived the Manager was very attentive showed us the town map and items of interest and recommended a popular restaurant. The room and bathroom were larger then we expected, with easy access from our car and in a quiet location.

The tiles in the bathroom were mopped, but they need a good scrub. There were a lot of leaves in the courtyard. This can be easily fixed.

The Motel its self if great

Not once while I was at this Motel did I see any staff member, I was greeted when I arrived with a sign stuck to the motels office window telling me which room I was in and that the key was on the table and to simply leave the key in the box when I leave NOT very friendly at all.

Very close to town and restaurants, general store and tour operators. The view of the mountains were not visible while there but this was only because it was rainy. On a good day we would have had perfect views.of the mountains. Parking is easy and very accessible. Bed was comfortable and area out the back of our room to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

That they had plenty of rooms to accomodate us 15 people and the saloon resto, which opens late (kitchen closes at 9pm) was just beside this motel. Check-in was relatively hassle free. Beds were a bit soft but surprisingly supportive enough for side sleepers, but not back sleepers.

The couch, at least in 1 room out of 7 we used, need to be fixed, no more foam and surprised my butt when it bottomed out while sitting to remove my shoe. They have seen better days, time to replace/reupholstered.

I loved how spacious our room was. There was a bsck lawn with a table and chair. I could see the beautiful stars at night from the lawn. The location was quiet. They granted the note request I sent and booked us in a roon with a bathtub. The receptiinist/caretaker was proactive in asking us if we needed new towels and replenished our complimentary milk when he recognized how we enjoyed it.

This is just me being nitpicky but the water pressure on the shower was a little weak and it was hsrd to guage how hot/cold the water output got. It was still manageable though.

Room was huge and spacious. Bathroom was also big, and comes with a bathtub. Cleanliness was spot on, except maybe the shower curtain needed a change. Heating was nice and warm. Bed was comfy and firm.

Nothing. A suggestion would be if it’s possible to redesign the pantry area to include a two hob induction stove, that would be amazing.
