The staff were all amazing, our 1-bedroom suite overlooking Central Park and Columbus Square was phenomenal. the little details of the room were on point (I.e., light switches all labeled), the welcome champagne for our Honeymoon (after traveling around the world for 3 weeks that was our first and only Honeymoon welcome). Very clean, great location, and everyone was beyond helpful and friendly with our 2 kids as well. They even offered childcare services (which we LOVED, Claire went above and beyond—even FaceTimed us before the kids went to sleep). AND the kids were greeted with Trump Kids activity bags & T-shirts. A great place to stay in NYC!

What I liked - Unbeatable location, right by the Central Park, right on the subway (lines A, B, C, D, 1, 2). - The staff goes the extra mile, they are super friendly, accommodate every request - Spacious rooms, great for a family

A few items could be added in the kitchen - eg, a bowl for cereals for the breakfast. Also there was not one sharp knife

the Trump for me is home from home in New York. I have previously stayed many times with my family in the past. Although it is several years since I was last there I remembered some of the staff and they remembered me. I found all of the staff went out of their way to make it a good stay from the front desk, concierge, room maids and gym staff. I arrived on a very early flight but was given an early check in and a beautiful room on a high floor overlooking Central Park. Just the view was worth it. I found it very convenient having a kitchenette in the room. I could go across the road to Whole Foods and cater for myself. I also liked using the gym. I like the area and felt safe there. For me it is the only place to stay in New York

The bathroom is a little small but everything else was perfect

Outstanding attitude towards guests at all possible levels.Effectivenss powered by a friendly smile Location is great but like enywhere in NYC quite noisy outside.But there again this hotels is remakable. Our room was almost perfectly isolated for the outside NYC jungle.Great feature.

I do know a top hotel has to be expensive I gladly paid for the room since it was great. But frankly charging 10 $US for a double expresso at breakfast is almost insulting.

The location was amazing, with excellent views. It was so easy to get wherever we were going. The room was good - clear, well maintained, with lovely views. Breakfast was amazing - generous portions and very tasty.

The room was good, although a little cramped for 4 people, particularly the bathroom. Would have been good to have a separate toilet. It was also disappointing that we couldn't all go to the bar in the evening.

we loved the location. couldn’t be closer to Central Park without being in the park itself. Proximity to the shops at Columbus Circle was also helpful.

Room Service was served in take out containers (although very nice take out containers).

Everything the staff were lovely except receptionist on checking out. The lady who kept our room clean was lovely & kept it spotless also the men outside the hotel lovely & friendly . Would still go back but never order room service again.

Breakfast room service half an hour late & nobody cared . Complained but the answer was their busy & also receptionist said nothing really to do with the hotel . So be careful people if ordering room service.

Stunning location opposite Central Park, the view from our room was amazing! we used the swimming pool a couple of times and we loved our suite. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, James (concierge) was very friendly and helpful! The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and we had an amazing stay there.

Location, location, location

The property seems to show its age in certain areas. The night shade in my room wasn’t working when I checked in. I’ve also discovered a few long dark hairs on the bathroom floor on my first day in.

it was accessible to everything great location the staff was amazing making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish! we really didn’t want to leave!

we would have liked if we could have been on a higher floor with better views of the city but that didn’t take anything away from our luxurious stay
