Check in was very simple, the room was very clean, attention to detail was excellent. Ice tray was freshly filled, beach towels provided, as was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. Microwave and small oven/hot plate were clean. Location is excellent - walking distance to beach, close to golf course. Gardens are well maintained with bbqs, chairs and tables provided in the shady areas.

It's our first time travelling to Albany, but we didn't feel like the first time. It feels that we are at home comfy and cozy. We can make food we want with the kitchenette their provided it. And the best thing that their provide us with milk in the fridge. It's beautiful surroundings. Kids loved it seeing the bunnies come out from the reserve around the surroundings and in front of our garden view. We'll come again next time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Smoking outside room door, 2 rooms either side of us had people smoking outside but we had to walk past them to get to our room and it came into our room as we entered. Suggest moving smoking to a designated area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was fitted with a small kitchen area with everything required to self cater. The garden area was lovely. There was a games room with cooking facilities. The motel was a short walk from the beach area.

A restaurant within walking distance would be nice. There is a cafe not far away under renovations, to be open for breakfast and lunch.

Checking in & out was hassle free. The location was ideal for us. My husband & I shared our room with my elderly parents comfortably. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the essentials. The little extras the motel supplied such as biscuits, 1 liter milk, grinded coffee & plunger were very much appreciated! You can see wild rabbits (very cute!) around the property at night!

Walls were abit thin, the room next door had children and kept bumping the wall.

The room facilities were fantastic. Self contained kitchen, extra pillows, separate beach towels. Very clean and comfortable.

I wanted to pay at the property with a different card to the one l used to confirm the reservation. Instead, the property 'pre-authorised' my card the day before our arrival. We did not see a single staff member. Only an sms notification of our room number and informing us the room was ready and unlocked.

Late checkin, we were driving from Perth after work and we needed something where we could check-in any time. Location is really good as it is close to emu point and to the center, and it is very quite, we didn't ear any noise coming from the road. It was comfortable and clean, big shower and little kitchenette. We spend 3 nights there, as we were in Albany for a wedding and we were happy with our accomodation.

Walls are very thin, and if you want have a sleep in, it might be a little hard as people are very noisy in the morning. The temperature of the water in the shower was all over the place.

It was very easy to find and checking in and out was very easy. I liked that their was everything you need for cooking basic meals and cleaning up after yourself was easy with the broom, dustpan and brush in the wardrobe. The provided soap, shampoo and conditioner came in handy because I forgot to pack mine. Also the extra beach towels were very thoughtful!

I didn’t like that the walls were very thin, it made sleeping impossible when the neighbours were talking and walking around their room. The room also had white tiles which were always getting footprint marks, so it would have been a bit better if there was a mop provided so you don’t have to worry to much about the tiles getting messy especially with children coming in and out from playing outside. Also the beds have wheels with no breaks so they were always moving around banging against the wall.

The larger sized fridge and self contained aspect i.e. microwave and dishes, was very handy. The bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

Missed having an iron in my room and there was never going to be enough body wash (1 x soap in a tube) to last the 5days.
