Loved the extra facilities such as the jumping pillow and mini golf. We had a little park infront of our cabin perfect for kids. Grounds were clean. If you want to go when it’s quiet spring time was perfect hardly any one there. Great place for a family holiday we will be back when we have kids.

The chalet we stayed in was extremely small for the price we paid. The loungeroom had two single chairs but was a family cabin, so you’d never be able to watch tv or sit together unless at the dining table. To get to the main room you have to walk through the kids bunk which you also need to walk through to go to the toilet so I’m not sure how kids would ever sleep. The bathroom was badly designed with no soap stand in the shower, not even a ledge to put anything on. The toilet was cramped up against the wall you almost had to sit sideways as an adult. And no where to put hand towels. Oh also didn’t like the water slide wasn’t working with no signs or info of when they have it operating.

The delux villa was absolutely perfect spot, for us attending a special Wedding in Albany. Clean, fresh, light and bright, mozzy nets on the windows, security door at the entrance fabulous. As we had planned to have most meals out we could easily walk the 15minutes, along the beach path to Emu Point cafe for breakfast which was wonderful. We had an impromptu breakfast for our friends on departure day. As we had a BBQ on our deck, we quickly cooked up a feast, whilst our friends children entertained themselves on the manicured grass area beside us. When staff came around to check on departing guests, he could see we were having a quick breakfast and very kindly allowed us another 45 minutes to finish, tidy and say goodbye to our friends who were staying an extra night. Thank you BIG 4 Emu Beach Holiday Park. We loved our stay and will be back. We would most definitely recommend your property to others.

For our purpose. The property was just as we had hoped and more. No ‘dislikes’ for us.

We loved the facilities for the children, the waterslides were amazing and the kids were entertained. The villa was lovely and very clean, we would definitely visit again. We would happily return, it was a lovely place to stay.

The only thing I had an issue with was the lack of friendly service from the front desk when my friend (who resides in Albany) came to visit and asked to purchase 2 tickets for their two children to play with my children on the waterslides. He was treated very rudely by one particular staff member. That is my only complaint, as we rarely get to see each other it would have been nice for the children to spend more time together.

The park's stunning landscape was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation. Nestled among native trees and overlooking a picturesque seashore, the park offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. But what really impressed us was the wide range of activities and facilities on offer. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure our stay.

Extremely clean and well maintained grounds. Cabin was spotless. Fantastic holiday park for families - lots to do for children. Very close to beach and emu point cafe and more sheltered beach only 10 min walk.

Linen and towels are not changed in cabins for our 5 night stay. It’s a family oriented park which we knew and was fine for us as our other family members had kids there, but I wouldn’t recommend this park for those travelling without kids.

Playgrounds, bbqs were sooo clean. The gardens were actually beautiful - big praise to the grounds keepers. Shower was ace! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. A good vibe & will be back! Kids loved it!!

The bed and pillows were as hard as rocks!!! I don’t know why the quilt wouldn’t have a quilt cover. It was a sheet, quilt, sheet - it’s summer. It was wayyyyyy too hot & hard to make! Sorry. New pillows are a must!!! The gap between the bench in the bathroom and the shower screen was really dirty, I know it’s hard to clean. The rest of the property looked sooo neat and this just impacted my thoughts of the cleanliness. I think you need to let people know how much noise you can hear from other app, we could hear people walking around the other appartments at night.

The property was well kept and clean. Many kids facilities available - water park, jumping pillow, indoor playground, table tennis and pool etc.

I should have booked a bigger room, as the one we stayed in was too small for my liking. No wifi connection within the rooms, could get a weak wifi connection outside the room.

Great place to stay, good accommodation and the new splash park is great for the kids. Lots of bbq areas and a camp kitchen too. Great atmosphere

The beach was not particularly good, heaps of old seaweed and a bit smelly. Would have been better if there was somewhere for adults to swim but that’s a’nice to have’ rather than ‘must have’

Location : just set back from a stunning beach. Very spacious, nicely decorated? well equipped chalet in a quiet location on the site. Although not physically divided up, distinct good size, bedroom, living and dining areas. Nice little veranda with bistro-style table & chairs for al-fresco dining. Very well equipped kitchen (utensils, crockery, cutlery) all key amenities / appliances (except laundry - which is separate unit on site). Good size fridge / freezer

Wi-Fi was woeful : could get no signal for some 16 hours a day )basically could only get on Wi-Fi between 10 PM and 6 AM). Feral / uncontrolled kids with no road sense were occasional problems on the Park roads.

Cabin was comfortable & clean Good hot water pressure✔️

Staying 1 x week I would have thought the bed would be changed at least once. Supply clean towels every couple of days Supply more than 2 x rolls of toilet paper for 1 weeks stay. Needed some storage containers Fit smart tvs so customers could access shows
